Ease of use is a huge plus of this service. All of our product categories are available to select from with the ability to pivot by competitor to drill down and find opportunities quickly. The communication of the team has been great. They have reached out to address issues and have kept us in the loop during maintenance of their system and troubleshooting our data. A lot of the time, the products are not the same, or there are not enough exactly-matched products across competitors to make a sufficient impact. Dataweave is starting to solve retail pricing discrepancies, allowing us to maintain vendor integrity and accurately price product according to competitor pricing. "A good platform with many features." 4/5 What do you like best about Dataweave? It provides good insights on key metrics that we track in the organisation. What do you dislike about Dataweave? It's can be challenging to adjust the view of data at times. There is limited flexibilty in how we can view data. Cannot select custome time frames and have to work within the paramaters given. Also with regards to share of search, we can not go beyond top 20 or even see a consildated view of top 20. Dataweave is solving the time frame issue where we could only view data on a week by week basis where we wanted a view of month by month consildated data. Additionally, they are working around one of our retailers that we want to track that have crawl blockers making it not possible to share data on at this stage. Our team worked with a few members of the DataWeave team to help address our need for content consistency and reporting. From the beginning, every one person was helpful, knowledgeable and open to understanding how they could help solve our challenges. Some suggestions provided on how to enhance our experience within the platform were welcome and explored but ultimately did not have a solution making it challenging for us to accurately track all data points. The price comparison between multiple competitions is detailed and the summary dashboard is easy to understand. Sometimes they are not taking the correct prices of items which are being sold in pieces and outers both. And in the overview dashboard, it shows that we are way outpriced than the competition while its comparing our outer selling price with their piece selling price. Temporary Promotion prices of the competition were also compared versus their regular prices which were very helpful in checking if we are actually outpriced or not. The team really goes into the absolute details of the requirements this reflects well in the flawless results they produce which avoids a lot of back and forth post-delivery, saving time and cost. 2. Considering the nature of our business one of the qualities we look for in our partners is the adaptation to the ever-changing business needs hence the ability to absorb dynamic requirements/ requests with the ability to produce results within the given timeframe.
