I love the control that DataVisor gives us, allowing us to build and tune rules ourselves and customize the scoring logic from end to end. It’s fantastic how we can easily add new fields or data sources and A/B test our strategies in minutes. Their machine learning models are top-notch, helping us detect fraud rings and crime networks while identifying very nuanced attack patterns. I appreciate DataVisor’s ability to handle high volume traffic with strict latency, unlike many other vendors who only claim to do so. Despite its advanced features, the platform is not hard to learn with a dedicated effort; our analysts love the UI and its explainability, while the technical team is fond of the APIs, configurability, and data freedom. Lastly, the partnership and responsiveness from the DataVisor team are commendable. They listen to us, improve based on our feedback, and proactively engage with best practices and suggestions. This greatly enhances both modeling capabilities and efficiency. Additionally, the platform is highly customizable, providing a level of flexibility that is rare to find. Another standout aspect is how the platform brings together fraud detection, review, management, and analysis in one place with minimal integration effort, which I find particularly unique. The only downside we've encountered relates to the treatment of the type of fraud we see at the University. Our fraud isn't transactional, it's more entity-based, so use of the platform requires some accommodation from the user side. Insights Center, DataVisor's top-notch BI tool, has already been very useful to us. We have been building reports with it which will provide extremely valuable metrics to our customer FIs. Datavisor's linkage analysis visualized as an n-ary tree is great in helping identify fraud ring accounts. Their API responses have been used to help in cybersecurity efforts with the ms response times. Their BI tool has been very helpful in exploring our data and building reports and dashboards to help monitor health as well as coaching opportunities for our analysts.
