**What do you like best about Datavare Yahoo Backup Application?**

Its not helpful, in backing up my Yahoo data. The support they provide is poor always not ready to assist with any issues that arise. The downside Ive noticed is that the backup process takes a bit of time.

**What do you dislike about Datavare Yahoo Backup Application?**

One area for improvement is providing instructions on navigating through the application features. For first-time users, it is a bit difficult to figure out how everything works. The user interface uses some updating as it feels outdated and not visually appealing which deters some users.

**What problems is Datavare Yahoo Backup Application solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Another aspect worth mentioning is that the backup process is occasionally slow and unreliable causing frustration and raising concerns about data security. Datavare Yahoo Backup Application is unable to solve the need for reliable solutions, for Yahoo mail data.
