Our organization planned to migrate the mailbox of all employees from Exchange to Office 365 and used this tool to help in the enterprise wide migration. We just had to select the date and time of migration, and the rest of the process was automatic. We found all our emails the same way after migration to office 365. It was just effortless. For me personally, the experience was good, but i heard from some of my colleagues that their migration took longer than expected, but i guess a little here and there, it is fine. The exchange had limited storage of 200 MB per mailbox, and we had to delete emails on a daily basis to be able to send emails and this tool helped in the migration journey. Quick and easy to transfer mailboxes with automated mapping tools. We were able to split the emails by the folder system so that private messages were kept private while the public messages went into public folders for all my employees. The time it took to set up and migrate was longer than expected due to some user errors but after figuring it out once, the rest was seamless and efficient. Filtering tool could have improved.
