The response time from the tuning team is usually slower. **Recommendations to others considering Datavail:** Perform a complete inventory of infrastructure asset and prepare thorough documentation for workflow and architecture. These will help with transition to managed service model. **What problems is Datavail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Last Wednesday our preproduction database encountered data block corruption and encryption key errors which hindered business users from performing user acceptance testing (UAT) in that environment. The Datavail US based consultant Parag Mendhe performed point in time database restoration and resolved PDB encryption errors before the start of the next business day. His prompt intervention and skillful troubleshooting directly reduced the downtime of UAT and restored the health and availability of that environment. We greatly appreciate his assistance. ### 2.
