**What do you like best about DataTree Online?**

It gives me the information I need, just takes a while to get there.

**What do you dislike about DataTree Online?**

The interface is a bit outdated and not the most user-friendly.

**What problems is DataTree Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes contacting who I need very quickly.

More accurate than some other GISs. Shows more zoning information, more detailed than other GISs

**What do you dislike about DataTree Online?**

Not always complete data. Not always accurate

APN lookup, zoning, and general parce knowledge

**What do you like best about DataTree Online?**

Finding recorded documents is critical in our ability to gather competitive intelligence and best understand which title companies & law firms were involved in specific transactions on certain properties historically.

**What do you dislike about DataTree Online?**

Admittedly DataTree could be more user friendly.  It's difficult to always find the properties based on just the address (usually we need an APN number).  In addition, it's tough to search by owners because most LLCs have not been pierced yet. 

**Recommendations to others considering DataTree Online:**

Strong product to use to find recorded documents, but ease of use could be improved still.

**What problems is DataTree Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to find documents on certain properties to see which title companies and law firms have historically worked on certain transactions

Appraisal problems. It has a lot of comprehensive information on it.
