**What do you like best about DataTrax?**

I really love how DataTrax stores our information and keeps everything together. DataTrax does a great job of keeping everyone's information safe as well

**What do you dislike about DataTrax?**

The System seems to crash a lot and in the most inconvenient times. The IT support for DataTrax is pretty good at helping you to resolve these issues however.  
Additionally, adding information isn't as smooth as it could be.

**Recommendations to others considering DataTrax:**

Be patient with the system and learn to love it's quirks. The program has a lot of fail-safes that may seem annoying but they are in place to protect the users. 

**What problems is DataTrax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are all able to access good information and we are all able to see the accounts of our members so we can best help customers.
