The dispatch system is impressive, I had the opportunity to manage this system for a parcel company in Colombia and after trying a couple of similar ones, they definitely decided to use the datatrac web in their daily operations. I think that one of the things that could be improved is the real-time system, there were times when the system took time to indicate the accuracy of the vehicles in the fleet, at first we thought it could be a connectivity issue but we also thought it could be the cloud Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The main advantage is the time it takes to process an order, doing it online and in real time helps a lot in the processes and even more so when there is a large fleet of vehicles that carry out the orders. Datatrac is a very functional tool that helps in managing the last mile delivery function. The company has been around for a long time and hence they've taken care of pretty much everything that one would need while managing their last mile delivery operations.
