Datassist is Turkey's leading payroll and HR technology provider, founded in 1999 and operating for over 26 years. The company combines deep regulatory expertise with proprietary technology to deliver end-to-end payroll solutions to 500+ active clients, processing more than 1.5 million payroll calculations annually. Datassist's service portfolio spans five core areas. Payroll Outsourcing is the company's largest business, delivering managed payroll and employee administration through its own proprietary software. Dakika, Turkey's first cloud-based payroll software, gives organisations direct access to payroll calculation, leave management, and personnel administration. Global Payroll extends Datassist's capabilities across Turkey, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and beyond through a unified dashboard and a single point of contact. EOR and PEO services allow international companies to employ talent in Turkey without establishing a local legal entity. Agentic Payroll, launched in 2025, is the company's most significant innovation to date: a next-generation service where AI agents autonomously manage the payroll cycle while 100+ certified experts provide oversight and sign-off before every payment.
