- User-friendly platform: Commenting features, in-platform Q&A sections, and daily notifications are helpful to be on top of content in a busy diligence environment

- Search functionality, including the advanced features of searching within excels / document is particularly helpful to get quick access of relevant content

What do you dislike about Datasite Diligence?

- The mobile version was less user friendly / robust when I used it last in Nov 2024, maybe it has been improved upon since Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Datasite Diligence?

Datasite is very intuitive to use for all of its functionalities including uploading and preparing files, managing access rights, Q&A, etc. In theory a good VDR should support the process, not become the process and Datasite does it well. What do you dislike about Datasite Diligence?

I only encountered issues once and they were resolved by the support team within a few hours. No complaints so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Datasite Diligence?

We like Datasite's ease of use. It has a lot of features but we like that we can publish data quickly and easily. We've used the customer support chat feature many times and find it helpful. Simplicity and efficency are most important to us and we are happy with Datasite here. Generally we don't need the more complex features but it is nice to know they are there as well. What do you like best about Datasite Diligence?

The ease of navigation within the data room. I really like that you can see the folder path at the top of the screen and can click on those to go back if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datasite Diligence?

The one downside I see is when downloading from the "New" files section, you don't have an option to download a file with the folder path. It would make the experience significantly easier if I could download files without having to have multiple screens open to ensure I'm downloading the correct files.
