Viewing a document by simply hovering over the title with your mouse instead of opening the document in a new tab. What do you dislike about Datasite Diligence? At times, when i click on a document to open in a new tab, it does not open and gives me an error message. What problems is Datasite Diligence solving and how is that benefiting you? In a nutshell - Time! reviewing 100s of documents can take quite a bit of time, especially in a fast-paced law practice. Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room allows me to view the documents without opening it by hovering over the title. Practically speaking, how does this help? Well, if i have 20 documents which are labelled with codes rather than the name of the document, it would usually be a headache to find the document which i am looking for because i would have to double click on each document and view it. The only issues I have encountered in the past (which have since been rectified with continued use) are long download times and random crashes during upload/download. The chat agents are not just AI chatbots but real people who solve issues on time, which is super useful. I've also noticed the document format converter and translator features, which are great.
