This makes my life as an analyst ten times easier. I recently used the Q&A tool which I found to be very effective to conduct DD with different buyer groups. It is easy to get set up on the platform and launch a project. It seems like the company is investing a lot in more tools and features which will make the platform even more comprehensive and all encompassing. **What do you dislike about Datasite Diligence?** Sometimes the robotic / AI customer service is not very useful and most of the time the only thing that works is connecting to a real agent. The pricing increases after the term concludes can be frustrating -- as an advocate for my client it is often difficult to manage this issue from all sides. **What problems is Datasite Diligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** an easy and secure way to transfer documents. In the financial services industry where compliance is huge, the free document sharing sites (such as dropbox) are blocked by compliance so VDRs are really the only effective way to share documents with our client.
