I usually use it on a project basis. Logins and setup up of a dataroom is straightforward. The integration process is typically also seamless, which saves valuable time. Additionally, in my experience, the website is reliable. I've never had problems where I could not log-in. The website is easy to navigate and easy to use. The few times that I needed the support team, they were available and helpful. The mobile app is a great help to quickly get information on the latest status of a dataroom. **What do you dislike about Datasite Diligence?** I don’t have any specific dislikes about the platform. It generally meets my needs and expectations, and I haven't encountered any major issues. However, I do note that I make only very limited use of the other apps offered by datasite. You have everytime access to permissions and analytics, without long and not user friendly excel reports. It's easy to implement and the customer support is always ready to support you in the low value added activities (ex. creating the vdr tree). During long term DD, this functionality is very helpfull, because it allows the reviwers to know what was disclosed cronologically. The research function is very good also. Other positve point is the possibility to download documents in .zip folders and name the documents with their location in the VDR. The pre-view of the document is very usefull in cross boarder DDs; Another good functionality is the daily e-mails we receive containing a summary of the documents made available each day. **What do you dislike about Datasite Diligence?** i am not awere of any functionality allowing the reviwers to share the documents with other members of the VDR. Uploading information is very easy, the software is very secure, and I've never honestly had an issue that I've needed to reach out to customer support for. It is also easy to teach someone how to use and navigate it, this is helpful as some VDR end up having a lot of users in it. I am also a big fan of the customer service, they are always willing to personlize your experience with great joy. **What do you dislike about Datasite Diligence?** Building a dashboard within the VDR can be confusing at times, the dashboards also don't always look as sharp as one would want them too. This is one of the features that I tend to stay away from. As a concept they are great, but they lack execution. Hopefully they will make them more user friendly and add more themes to them. **What problems is Datasite Diligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to keep a excel file for our pipeline. The file had gotten pretty big over the years and it was becoming hard to maintain. Datasite offered the opportunity to take our old excel file and convert it to the Datasite cloud using their service. All we had to was send them our file and they did the rest. The supporting staff's response on Q&A and urgent adhoc enquiries are timely and usually very sufficient. 2. Relatively straightfoward user interface without unecessarily complicated and redundant features - not everyone wants to data analysis of user traffic, sometimes a straightforward user experience is more valueable in transaction. **What do you dislike about Datasite Diligence?** 1. Cannot restrict access to spreadsheets and Word docs once the user/downloader has been removed of access. The downloaded documents remain in the posession and full access to downloaders. 2. Cannot update in batch of "native download" opton. This is especially painful when lots of word docs are uploaded but need to make it "native" for downloaders to review and markup in MS Word format - has to click one by one for next 30 documents. 3.
