User friendly site. Easy to use and Datasite team always on hand to answer any questions. The features I use most are setting up and updating files and folders each quarter. Setting up users to add them to project which is easy to use. And altering permissions. I don't regularly use the user analytics and this is a feature I'd be keen to learn more about. I think our only barrier in the way right now for Datasite Diligence is just cost because it's a tricky environment out there, to be out raising money. Once we get out of the term that we sign for and we have to go to a different pay structure, where we're not just paying for new pages out of every month but also for all the existing pages in the site, it definitely becomes a cost that adds up every single month. It starts to get into those 4 figure ranges, which can just be a big cost for a business that is trying to raise money. So it's kind of the only thing that we definitely struggle with sometimes.
