- Quite easy to use with the drag and drop form builder

- the ability to integrate with multiple services like google drive, Mailchimp, Evernote, and more.

- the support team is amazing, they have multiple ways of contacting and reply quickly as well

- build in templates lets you create forms much easily

- free user option with limited resources enables everyone to use the service

- ability to collect useful data like location, time, images, and more

- Great analytics, the dashboard has an analytics page that showcases detailed analytics in a user-friendly manner.
