What do you like best about Dataroid?

Dataroid helps to gain deeper customer insight. It enables to make funnel analysis, data analysis, data visualization and omni-channel personalized engagement. Dataroid also enabled us to collect and use the big data with various tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dataroid?

As a bank we have to use on premise version of Dataroid, because of this we cannot use some vital features like "User Path" without customized integrations. I would like to use this feature efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dataroid solving and how is that benefiting you?

By using our Digital Analysis and Action Platform, you can support İşCep users with 75 different scenarios at the same time. We provide information and guidance with in-app message displays. Thus, we both improve the customer experience and manage our call center. In addition, Dataroid has an ability to collect customers’ behavioral and transactional data to reach a unified customer profile and process customer data regardless of data size and without the complexity of conventional solutions.
