However, once the implementation is properly configured, the platform becomes very powerful for generating real-time insights and optimizing digital experiences. As a Product Owner in a newly established digital bank, one of our key priorities was optimizing the mobile customer acquisition journey. With Dataroid, we were able to track user behavior across the mobile onboarding flow and quickly identify friction points that were slowing down the process. Using these insights, our team implemented targeted improvements to the onboarding experience. In addition to the product itself, I have to mention their customer support. They have a highly engaged and solution-oriented team, both on the technical side and in digital analytics.
