The customer experience at Datarails has been excellent. From initiation and data integration to going live, I have found our contacts have been very helpful and responsive whenever we have a query. At times, I found the initial data input a bit confusing. As datarails wants to show everything in a format that is 'positive' on the balance sheet, the concept of the multiplying the liabilities by -1 to get to this was a bit difficult initially and also meant it was a bit difficult to tie back to internal reports as the signage was changed. Sometimes Datarails has downtime, or what seem like bugs. When that happens, I have to close all the files and restart my laptop to get things working again. Setting things up in the backend isn’t always very intuitive. The ability to display complex queries is great, but it also takes a lot of training and experience to use effectively.
