"Making Daily Document Management More Organized and Reliable"
5/5
What do you like best about Dataprius?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so a large part of my daily work involves handling patient records, diet plans, educational materials, presentations, and other important documents that need to stay organized and easy to manage. What I like best about Dataprius is that it gives me a structured place to keep all these files without making document management complicated. Getting started was easy and I did not need much time to understand how everything works. Creating folders, uploading files and Folders, organizing records, and managing documents feels simple. I like that files remain centralized instead of being spread across different computers. This makes it easier to keep clinic records, nutrition resources, and health education content properly organized and easier to access when needed.

One feature I find especially useful is folder permissions. Different types of documents can be kept in separate work areas, which helps maintain better organization and control over important files. For example, clinic records, educational resources, and content creation materials can all be managed separately while still staying within the same system. This makes daily document management more structured. I also like the file activity tracking and document history features. Important files often get updated over time, and it is useful to have visibility into changes made to documents. The backup and document protection features also add confidence because important records and resources remain protected even when files are edited regularly.

I use Dataprius regularly, and performance has been smooth while uploading files, organizing folders, accessing stored documents, searching records, and managing larger collections of files. Moving between folders and working with documents feels straightforward, and I have not needed much effort to keep everything organized. Overall, Dataprius fits naturally into my workflow. It helps me keep healthcare documents, educational resources, presentations, and content files organized in a more structured way. Having everything available from a central location saves time, improves document management, and makes daily work easier to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dataprius?

The platform works well for document management, but the interface feels more focused on functionality than appearance. Everything is available and easy enough to use, but some areas look a little old compared to newer cloud platforms. This does not affect my daily work, but a more modern design could make navigation feel quicker and more comfortable during regular use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Security but Lacks Bulk File Management"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Dataprius?

I value Dataprius for its layered, customizable permission control and the comprehensive audit trail it offers. These two features are perfectly suited to our marketing agency's client confidentiality needs, especially when handling sensitive data from Sendybay. The platform allows me to create independent folder hierarchies for each client and assign specific access rights to team members and collaborators. This prevents accidental data leaks, which was a problem with our previous system. I appreciate that Dataprius doesn't require me to contact IT to adjust user permissions, as all settings are self-service. I also love the comprehensive audit trail functionality, which logs every file action with a timestamp and user name, providing proof of data handling when clients request it. Additionally, the time-limited, password-protected share links are incredibly useful. They enable me to share critical documents with external collaborators, such as freelance writers, securely and ensure that access expires after the project is completed. This is a critical security feature that our previous tools lacked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dataprius?

First, bulk file handling tools are extremely limited, which slows down my weekly archiving routine. There is no native bulk upload folder sync feature, so I have to select and upload files one batch at a time without drag-and-drop folder migration. Worse, there is no bulk permission adjustment tool. When we onboard a new account manager or freelance team member, I must open each client folder individually to tweak access rights, a tedious process that eats up nearly an hour of work. Second, its native file preview support for marketing-specific formats is incomplete. Dataprius fails to render complex spreadsheets and creative layout files within the browser preview window, forcing me to download every file locally just to review contents quickly. This creates extra clutter on my work device and adds unnecessary steps during cross-team asset reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dataprius: Essential GDPR-Compliant Solution for RPA Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about Dataprius?

I really like Dataprius for its sync-free cloud architecture and native GDPR-compliant audit logging. These features are a perfect fit for my team's RPA development work at AutoTech Solutions Berlin, effectively solving two major issues we faced. With its sync-free design, I can open and modify files directly on the cloud without downloading full copies, eliminating hours of work needed to resolve conflicting file versions when multiple developers work on the same files. The GDPR-compliant audit logging also streamlines our quarterly audits, as I can easily export a complete log report instead of manually keeping track of document exchanges in spreadsheets. This has significantly reduced administrative workload and ensured compliance. Moreover, the platform's fine-tuned temporary read-only sharing links allow me to securely share project summaries with clients without compromising confidential bot source code. I also appreciate how smoothly Dataprius runs on Windows workstations, which we use daily, without complicating the work for our junior automation engineers. These Europe-focused features make Dataprius highly practical for our regulated project workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dataprius?

First, it lacks native API connectors to integrate smoothly with our main workflow tools, arkflux CRM and Alstra Survey Generator. Right now, there is no automated way to sync survey result datasets or client project records between platforms. After collecting automation demand data via Alstra Survey Generator, I must manually download CSV files and upload them into matching Dataprius project folders. When new automotive client tickets come through arkflux, I have to manually create corresponding file directories and link relevant bot documents separately. This repetitive file transfer takes up consistent chunks of my weekly admin time, and there is risk of mismatched project files due to manual handling. Second, its search function only supports basic filename keyword lookup, with no advanced filtering tags tailored for RPA project management. I cannot filter files by criteria such as bot development phase, UAT test date, or automotive client industry segment. If I need to pull all test logs from vehicle billing automation projects completed in Q1, I have to browse through dozens of folders and scan each file one by one instead of generating an instant filtered list. This slows down report preparation before client meetings or REC.VC project reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable & Secure File Management with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Dataprius?

I like Dataprius for its strong security and straightforward permission system which give us peace of mind, especially when handling sensitive business and customer data. It's a relief knowing that we can set granular user permissions so team members only see what they need. The clean, easy-to-use interface means our team adapts quickly, finding, uploading, or sharing files within seconds without needing extensive training or IT support. I appreciate having all our files organized in one centralized, searchable location, which has eliminated version chaos and the need to dig through old emails or shared drives to find the right document. The initial setup of Dataprius was surprisingly straightforward and smooth, which is definitely one of its strong points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dataprius?

First, the search functionality could be much more precise. It does basic keyword search, but it struggles with full-text search inside PDFs and Office files, so we often have to open multiple documents to find what we need instead of getting exact matches right away. Adding more advanced filters like modified date ranges, file types, and metadata tags would make search far more efficient. Second, the collaboration features feel basic compared to modern tools. There’s no real-time co-editing, and version history is present but not as detailed or easy to compare as we’d like. For teams that work together on files daily, stronger inline commenting, track changes, and clearer version labeling would remove a lot of friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure File Management with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Dataprius?

I love using Dataprius to securely store and manage company files. It makes sharing documents with my team easy and allows me to access everything from anywhere. I feel confident that sensitive data stays protected while we work across different devices. Dataprius helps me avoid the mess of scattered or insecure files by keeping everything safely stored in one place. Sharing with my team is simple, and I can access important documents from anywhere without worrying about data loss or security issues. What I like most about Dataprius is how it balances security with simplicity. I feel confident that my files are well protected, but at the same time, it’s easy to organize, share, and access documents whenever I need them. Dataprius works nicely as a central place to store and share files, keeping everything secure and easy to access while I’m working across different apps. Getting started with Dataprius was quite easy; the setup process felt clear and didn’t take much time. I was able to upload files, organize folders, and start using it right away without any confusion or extra support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dataprius?

Dataprius works well overall, but there are a few areas that could be better. The interface feels a bit dated at times, file syncing can be slow occasionally, and more flexibility in folder and permission settings would really improve the experience. I’d really appreciate more detailed control over folder permissions, like being able to quickly set different access levels for specific people or teams. It would also help to clearly see who has access to what and manage those permissions more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, User-Friendly Cloud solution with good support"
5/5
What do you like best about Dataprius?

We're an insurance agency that relies on Dataprius for our everyday work. It allows us to share documents securely with clients and receive files from them just as easily. It’s also our main tool for keeping backups organized and managing all of our documentation in the cloud. It allows us to work remotely without problems and not always be in the office.

It has mechanisms to edit files online at the same time that allows us to edit documents collaboratively.

The implementation and migration was simple and guided by the support team who always respond quickly.

Having experienced a ransomware attack in the past, we truly value the protection Dataprius offers against ransomware and other viruses. Knowing that if a similar incident occurs again the files will be immune. That gives us real peace of mind.

Dataprius is user friendly, reliable, and built for professional use. It also features customization for our customer access and email communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dataprius?

I have no complaints. Not having found it before perhaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, Streamlined File Management and Collaboration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Dataprius?

Dataprius is great because it keeps all of a company’s files in one secure place, without the usual cloud headaches. It gets rid of annoying sync issues and “who has the latest version?” questions, and lets multiple people work with files smoothly at the same time. Security is baked in, with strong protection against things like viruses and ransomware, plus clear access controls so people only see what they should. On top of that, the built-in sharing, online editing, and collaboration tools make it easy to work with coworkers and clients without juggling a bunch of different apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dataprius?

It feels more complicated and rigid than it needs to be. The interface isn’t as intuitive as other tools I’ve used, so simple tasks can take more clicks and time than they should. It also feels a bit “locked in” to its own way of doing things, which makes it harder to integrate smoothly into an existing workflow or tech stack. Overall, instead of making file management and collaboration easier, it’s added extra friction to my day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
