The Lever integration, literally allows us to be able to post a role online within 3 clicks, the moment the Hiring Manager provided us the DataPeople link.

The only thing that I can think of is that I don't always agree with the scoring of things. For instance, as a recruiter I think it can be valuable to add how many years of experience one has.
