## DataPacket Reviews
  ### 1. Amazing server provider

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AirProxy . | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2024

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

After trying multiple server providers, we've started moving all our critical servers to DP as it's the most stable one (not a single minute of downtime in the last year), DDoS protection is great and support is actually there if you need it (which is not to be taken for granted if you've tried other providers..).
We received a 70Gbps attack, which they mitigated without affecting our clean traffic. We wouldn't have realized we were under attack if we hadn't received an email from them about it. Amazing.

The dashboard UI is fantastic and easy to work on.

Prices are maybe a bit higher than some of their competitors (although still lower than others we've tried) but on DP, everything just works, so it's totally worth it.

We've now started using pooled bandwidth across the servers we have on DP as this allows us to be very flexible with adding/removing new servers and still be able to sustain the same traffic. Very cool feature!

Amazing work from the DP team!

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

We just wish they'd deploy L7 anti-DDoS protection so we can move our site too to their servers. Currently they "only" protect from L3 and L4 as I understand.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Protect us from DDoS attacks and allow us to scale effortlessly.

  ### 2. Best in class

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

Good hardware. Good support. Reactive. Fairly priced. WAN circuit is just awesome.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

No sales in my timezone, thus sales-related discussions take at least one day to get an answer.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed lots of servers for my business.

  ### 3. Premium quality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stanislav H. | Infrastructure Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2024

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

We've been working with DataPacket for almost two years at the moment and have never had network/hardware issues with the ordered servers.

The main thing you'll notice if you've ever worked with OVH is DataPacket's support centre. It's one of the best of the all major hosting providers we've used. Technical support works fast and might even set everything up on your server if you give them such permission. In case you need a server with a CPU DataPacket doesn't have, the sales support might even order it just for you.

The pricing is fair comparing to the other hosting providers and taking into account the support centre.

We do highly recommend to use DataPacket as your hosting provider.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

There's really nothing we would complain about. The only thing I'd notice is that there's no option to order a tiny server for a low price.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use DataPacket to host our game servers. It meets our requirements such as variety of available locations, low network latency, inbuilt DDoS protection, and premium support service.

  ### 4. DataPacket Sets the Gold Standard for Bare Metal Hosting Services

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

After trying out various bare metal hosting providers for the past 10 years, DataPacket has truly stood out among them, meeting our requirements exceptionally well.

1) Their network connectivity sets them apart, with a global reach with low latency everywhere. Across 23 of DataPacket’s locations, our servers have seen significant improvements in average user latency and network stability following our migration.

2) Our interaction with their sales and support team has been amazing. Rapid response times and goes above and beyond to provide solutions for us. Also, unlike prior experiences when issues arise where we’ve been suggested to reinstall our servers, DataPacket’s team is genuinely helpful.

3) DataPacket’s dashboard is one of the best in the industry. We get a clear overview of our servers, network usage, detailed DDoS attack overview, transparent billing details, and more. Using it is a joy compared to the industry norms in this regard.

In summary, DataPacket is a provider where everything simply just works, which aligns perfectly with what we’re looking for.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

We have been customers at DataPacket for nearly a year now, during which little to no issues have arisen. If we were to highlight a minor concern, it would be that lead times for new deployments (of non-stock servers) have been longer than expected a couple of times.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our requirements are quite high for a hosting provider, including offering a large variety of locations, exceptional low-latency network connectivity, robust DDoS protection that can handle large attacks, latest-generation server configurations, and responsive support that can genuinely help when issues arise.

DataPacket ticks all of these boxes for us (and more), enabling us to focus more efforts on other parts of our business.

  ### 5. Amazing bare metal server provider!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

Quality of the provided servers.
Richness of options they provide.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

During our work togather we did not experience any problems with them.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Locate powerful bare metal servers next to our customers.

  ### 6. Simply perfect, in all ways.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edgar M. | Systems Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2022

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

Working with DataPacket is a pleasure. Our account manager always have the best solution for any problem, the support team never took more than 5 minutes to reply and the network really never disappointed us at all. There is NO other company in the industry with this level of service and technical support quality. They're awesome!

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

There is nothing I dislike about DP, seriously.
Keep this great job guys!

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Datapacket has been able to deliver lots of traffic with an exceptional level of speed, low latency and high uptime. Their technical support never took long to fix a problem and overall, we don't have any infrastructure problems being a DP client.

  ### 7. Excellent Service for realtime. Excellent CSM. Fast network and delivery with a great interface.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ludovic R. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

We love working with Datapacket, their passionate team is always available for our requests.

Custom requests are not a problem. They are very reliable and very responsive.

The servers have well-chosen configurations. The infrastructure seems to be well built.

As well as :
- BringYourOwnIp
- Our CSM (Ondra :p)
- Servers fit perfectly for us
- Available on slack

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

We understand Datpacket's Strategy but if we can make small feedbacks to keep improving :

- Bandwidth and IPs are expensive
- No layer 2 between Datacenters (a must-have)
- No choice for small servers?

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to scale all over the world without GAFA. We have built our network in France, but for world, we need to go faster and we have chosen Datapacket because we prefer to work with a dedicated team than big companies like AWS and we needed bare metal server offers.

  ### 8. Easy to work with, best in class support, and fast, reliable network connectivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James R. | CTO and Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2021

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

DataPacket is extremely easy to work with and continually goes above and beyond to provide us with the level of service and support that we need. Having direct access to their team via our own channels allows us to collaborate quicker and faster than with any other provider, and the team is always ready to help us with whatever we need.

Their customer portal is one of the best in the industry, with detailed insights into not only the servers they provide, but also network traffic, network attacks and more. The level of detail they provide for network attacks in particular is something that we now use an example for all providers we work with.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

DataPacket continually iterates and improves its offerings both in terms of physical hardware and its essential customer portal. For some customers, the lack of cheaper options may be a downside, but we appreciate the premium level of service that they provide.

**Recommendations to others considering DataPacket:**

If you're considering DataPacket, I'd recommend reaching out to their sales team. You'll be greeted with folks who are always happy to help, and you'll very quickly find this same level of professionalism extended to all aspects of their service.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DataPacket allows us to seamlessly scale our business faster than ever before. They enable us to expand our server offerings to additional regions, improving the connectivity and experience for gamers everywhere. With DataPacket, we've been able to offer gamers all around the world a better gaming experience - they can simply get in-game and play, never having to worry about server connectivity problems.

  ### 9. Best on the market, fast, professional, helpful, no.1 choice for us.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viktor F. | Head of the IPTV Technical Section, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2021

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

We really appreciate the communication with the DP Sales team (it is perfect to communicate our needs in our native language), and also, the speed of delivery of the requested server is pretty excellent. During our long cooperation, we faced only one problem, which was solved in 60 minutes and this is incredible (our previous experience with another company was just horrible). Also, the pricing is very fair, and we are saving hundreds of euros each month after choosing the DP instead of the old hosting provider.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

nothning, we have only a good expericnce with the DP

**Recommendations to others considering DataPacket:**

do not consider if use DP - just use it

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HW problem on one of the servers with disk

  ### 10. The one and only provide you'll ever need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oliver H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2021

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

High quality and 100% customer satisfaction. They always respond in minutes and there are no long term issues or promises made they can not live up to. Prices are more than fair for the services you receive and they help whenever they can with seemingly endless effort. Best customer frindly team!

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

There is nothing i dislike about Datapacket

**Recommendations to others considering DataPacket:**

Try it. You will not be disappointed. We have been with Datapacket for more than a year now and not a single service they offer was not worth the money.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Other companies were slow in response and for individual issues, you more often got a "no" as an answer. With Datapacket we get answers in minutes and there has never been an issue that could not be solved.

  ### 11. Very professional service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrey M. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2021

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

The best thing about Datapacket is its excellent support. Whatever question or issue we had, we could talk to the person directly responsible for that in a Slack channel and get our question resolved. This is not something you can ever have with most of their competitors.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

Lack of cheaper options. Datapacket offers rather powerful dedicated servers which are great, but for some things, you may want to have cheaper and slower servers or even a VPS.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our project, we need many servers all over the world, all of which announce the same IPs via BGP. With Datapacket setting up all this servers network went smoothly, everything works great.

  ### 12. Easy To Deploy, Excellent Support, Professional Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arash H. | Sr. Manager, IT Infrastructure & Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2021

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

If you want easy deployment, flexibility, accuracy, security, automation, along with having 24x7 support, I'd recommend Datapacket.
Datapacket also providing you a global service by hosting servers in different locations based on your business plan.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

There is nothing to dislike, but as a suggestion, I'd like to ask Datapacket team to keep extending their business to more countries.

**Recommendations to others considering DataPacket:**

It's better to improve DDoS portal by sharing more information regarding the attacks.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We could help our players to reach the lower latency as much as possible.

  ### 13. Just Awesome

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2020

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

Flexibility and support are unlike anything in the market. Making the move from a traditional VM-based cloud to bare metal was an adjustment and there was always a debate on the trade-offs. DataPacket's flexibility really made the case for us to move to bare metal because we could get the configuration necessary to get the IP processing performance that made the shift worth it.

Every touch point with support has been extremely quick and incredibly professional. Other reviews point out bandwidth and price and so forth in the "what do you like best" question, but that focus doesn't do justice to the quality provides.

Bare metal seems to be a fairly crowded space and I don't know why DataPacket doesn't have higher Google search rankings. It took us a while of sifting through alternatives to find DataPacket and we're really happy we did.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

Using DataPacket doesn't quite feel like the a typical cloud provider using VM and serverless and the onboarding experience at first feels a bit different, but after about a day we were seeing the upsides of working with DataPacket, so that context shift was fairly smooth.

**Recommendations to others considering DataPacket:**

If you're looking for bare metal, DataPacket is the best. Good data center locations. Great support. Flexibility in configuration. We did a deeper evaluation of Packet.com, but we also did lighter evaluations of many other bare metal cloud vendors and DataPacket came out on top.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lolo offers a Programmable Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) which we've historically used other VM-based cloud providers for hosting. The Programmable VPC is all about high performance IP switching and routing with the ability to control device/terminal and routing through APIs and your own low code, visually built applications. DataPacket really helped us up our game in terms of scalability per core.

  ### 14. DataPacket offers an unparalleled service backed by a great team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dejan G. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2020

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

At BunnyCDN, we work with and test many different companies around the world to assure our customers enjoy excellent service at all times and DataPacket easily takes the cake. Backed by a great team, DataPacket provides an unparalleled experience with an excellent global network, instant support around the clock, and a passionate team that is truly a pleasure to work with.

They have gone above and beyond to provide a great level of service for us and everyone from their team has been incredibly helpful and accommodating at all times.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a partner that focuses on quality and great customer service.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

We experienced a couple of small issues during a couple of years of working together, but those are all completely normal and DataPacket has always offered an exceptional resolution, so there is really not much to dislike.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Partnering with DataPacket has allowed us to focus on providing and developing an excellent service for our users without having to worry about hardware and network logistics. They are always on top of things and there to help out, saving time on our side, and making sure everything is running smoothly at all times.

  ### 15. Great choice for when it's time to move beyond the cloud

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eli M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2020

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

Good price for bare metal servers with unmetered bandwidth. Their team has been very helpful in setting up some custom networking architecture for us — in our case, BGP addresses for use by multiple servers in a Kubernetes cluster using Metal-LB.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

If you're used to cloud providers, it will seem kind of barebones. Not all their servers support automatic OS reinstall, but they're apparently working on that.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livepeer is setting up a global network of RTMP servers as a gateway into our decentralized video transcoding network. Standard cloud providers have metered bandwidth, which would immediately cost us a ton of money. DataPacket was a good solution due to their global footprint and unmetered bandwidth.

  ### 16. DataPacket pulled through when Discord needed them

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2020

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

DataPacket's servers and network are top notch, they provided a fantastic user experience to Discord's users -- truly one of the few providers we've worked with that could hit our quality bar and provide the level of service we expect. We have thorough internal quantitative and qualitative performance metrics, and DataPacket stood out as being excellent for our users and we were quite happy with them.

Additionally, our account team was a joy to work with and really helped us out when it mattered. When we had a capacity crunch, DataPacket was there for us, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody looking for quality servers & network.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

Provisioning many servers was somewhat time consuming due to a lack of a complete API, but we were able to work through it with some assistance. This was really the only main issue that we ran up against that had any impact on our ability to serve or deploy.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Discord was in need of additional capacity for our core audio/video service and we turned to DataPacket. They jumped to the challenge and quickly helped us out. We were more than happy with the quality of their systems and network, as proven by our internal quantitative and qualitative performance metrics.

  ### 17. Fast and responsive support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siyuan M. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2020

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

Technical support is very fast and responsive. They're always helpful and flexible when we need custom solutions.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

Network throughput is very nice but it's better if we can get lower latency to some content providers.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's hard to find a server provider in Asia with good network knowledge and won't charge u too much for a BGP set up. DP solved this problem, we hope they can add more Asia locations like India.

  ### 18. Efficiency and flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2020

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

We got to know Datapacket through a partner and our experience was excellent. The negotiation process is always very easy. We always receive good suggestions that meet our needs. They always answer our questions very quickly. The team is great. The server has an excellent cost-benefit and robustness. I hope that we will increase our demand in the short term.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

There is nothing I dislike about DataPacket

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greater bandwidth. Reliable and robust dedicated servers

  ### 19. Great network connectivity, flexible and nimble company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2020

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

DataPacket has a good choice of locations with great connectivity at competitive pricing. They've proved to be nimble and flexible in meeting a customer's needs. Technical support is responsive and skilled.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

We appreciate the many new features DataPacket has introduced over the years, many that we have also requested. We hope to see DataPacket continue to work on making their service more dynamic and improving their support for automation tools .

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our service requires great network latencies and access to high-performing server hardware. DataPacket has helped expand our geographical reach.

  ### 20. Fantastic support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rudolf K. | Cloud Operation drama handler, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2020

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

The support we experienced in past 8+ month has been superior.

Dealing with networking issues between other bare-metal providers and AWS has been always tricky. But Data Packet networking team acts quickly and affected routes to AWS are exchanged swiftly. Data Packet provides excellent service and we are able to handle broadcasting peaks with ease now.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

Nothing so far! Maybe prince in the beginning, but since we started to utilize more Gbps we were able to get better prices than from competition.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Broadcast streaming peaks and reliable connection to AWS as video recording of customers depends on it. Benefits of using Data Packet has been reliability, network capacity and exceptional support.

**Official Response from Šimon Rybišár:**

> Dear customer,

we are truly sorry for your negative experience. First of all, we truly apologise for any inconvenience the outage has caused for you. I am sure you can see now or will be able to see in future, that an outage like this is a rarity with us, not a usual occurrence.

We have kept all of our customers in the loop about the outage but I assume by "real support" you mean resolution, which, unfortunately, came only after 3 hours.

After the incident, we have reached out to all of our customers, that were affected by the Frankfurt outage and provided both support and compensation based on our SLA. We understand, that the outage affected many businesses but we did our best to act as quickly as possible, and we did take several steps to avoid similar situations from happening in future.

We would like to assure you, that we do take this matter seriously and would like to get in touch with you to see, where exactly you feel we have failed you support-wise. Thank you.

Best regards,
Simon

  ### 22. Fast, powerful, stable and affordable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2019

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

Working with the DataPacket team is great. They have a great attention to detail, and are very customer-focused. They tailored their offering to our exact needs. Any questions we have are very quickly answered by their skilled team. Billing is very easy to understand: there are no hidden surprises.

The dedicated servers themselves are extremely robust - we haven't had any issues.

We love the unmetered 10 Gbps ports. Their PoPs are spread around the world, allowing us target our primary audiences with ease.

Their new Client Panel is feature-rich and a delight to look at.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

There is nothing I dislike about DataPacket :)

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A global Content Distribution Network where we control the syncing. We had major issues with our previous CDN provider due to the size and number of files in our zones.

  ### 23. Fast affordable infrastructure grade hosting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2019

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

Fast, quick provisioning, good locations, good tech support.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

Feature requests: web-based IPMI console (console only, other IPMI functions can still require VPN), two factor auth (SMS at least and Yubikey would be nice too), ability to share stuff to others with other logins (to delegate access to other admins in our organization). Another huge plus but not required is PoPs in harder to access regions like South America, Africa, and Australia. Those regions have a shocking poverty of high-bandwidth infrastructure grade cloud options that are well-run and secure.

**Recommendations to others considering DataPacket:**

If you need a lot of bandwidth colocated close to carrier hotels, this option offers it at a far more reasonable price and with better performance than most cloud providers.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bandwidth cost of conventional cloud providers for permanent infrastructure presence. Europe has OVH as a strong presence in this market but other continents/regions have far fewer options. Major cloud providers like Amazon, Google, and Microsoft offer high bandwidth high performance networking but they charge way way too much for it. Their markup on bandwidth is generally quite insane.

  ### 24. DataPacket - very professional and efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2019

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

Very professional and effective experience with their employees. They solved each query within a minimum time, so it took me less than 2 days from querying to realization of the dedicated server hosting solution.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

So far so good, there is nothing I would emphesise as dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering DataPacket:**

Ask anything you want, their employees are always on your service with fast and accurate answers.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using DataPacket's dedicated server for hosting IPTV software panel. I got exactly what I needed for continuous service toward end users, as their servers are 100% scalable, equipped with industry-leading hardware.

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

Even when they have exact hardware out of stock, they do provide better hardware, until they'll replenish stocks. Stability is also at highest SLA, atm it's 100.0% for our case. Renting servers since January 2018.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

Really... not much... everything is ok.
Sometimes they do scaring offers, but this is only offers (Like they offer to get better CPU for your server for higher price) but this is mostly because they don't really see why you use server and what resources you're really in need.

**Recommendations to others considering DataPacket:**

If you're serving CDN/Video with 800+Mbps, you should definitely try 1-2Gbps servers.
Once you break 8Gbps limit, you should even do 10Gbps servers :)

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Video Streaming, CDN

**Official Response from Barbora Škeříková:**

> Thank you, Anton, for the excellent review related to your experience with us. We are sure companies looking for a dedicated server provider will find your recommendations useful.

**What do you like best about DataPacket?**

They've been able to turn up last-minute capacity for us with ease. The network has been reliable without any issues in the over year we've used them. Their team has been easy to communicate with. When working with them on an UDP fragmentation ACL they were flexible on making the appropritae ACL Δ to meet the requirements of our application.

**What do you dislike about DataPacket?**

We haven't had any major disruption so I can't speak to anything we've disliked about working with DP.

**What problems is DataPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed servers that had 10GE uplinks at a fair rate, as well as offering the ability for us to announce our own IP space.
