First of all, we truly apologise for any inconvenience the outage has caused for you. I am sure you can see now or will be able to see in future, that an outage like this is a rarity with us, not a usual occurrence. We have kept all of our customers in the loop about the outage but I assume by "real support" you mean resolution, which, unfortunately, came only after 3 hours. After the incident, we have reached out to all of our customers, that were affected by the Frankfurt outage and provided both support and compensation based on our SLA. We understand, that the outage affected many businesses but we did our best to act as quickly as possible, and we did take several steps to avoid similar situations from happening in future. We would like to assure you, that we do take this matter seriously and would like to get in touch with you to see, where exactly you feel we have failed you support-wise. Thank you.
