Their OKR tool has helped us to align Goals with various frameworks we use at our hospital, like Hoshin Kanri (X Matrix), Total Quality Management framework, and people development with our internal values, TICKER. Earlier, we were on spreadsheets, and this OKR tool makes alignment so simple and easy, from Annual Goals (3-5 years) to Company Objectives (1 year) to Department Objectives till every member of the Organisation. Now each one has clear OKRs to refer to and do weekly check-in to understand their current progress, their Department, and the Organisation.

The only feature that is suggested to be upgraded on the platform is the option to extract reports pertaining to the OKRs entered into the system as per alignment with key results and child objectives.
