The usability is awesome — it was literally effortless to install this weight behind proxies and the feedback collection. The way to implement service was seamless, deeply integrating it with our tools and APIs. The customer support is terrific and they are able to answer our questions about how to best integrate with InfoSum in hours. This is the platform that we used every day and it works out for its worth of use! IP rotation and geo-targeting features have bolstered our reputation analytics with second party credential datailar_accuracy. **What do you dislike about DataImpulse?** The core functionality is great, but I would like to see more pre-built templates for review responses, especially for niche industries. Sometimes, the analytics on the dashboard may be a bit too much for beginners but this gets better with time. There should be a guided onboarding walkthrough (at least for the more advanced feature) to ensure quicker team adoption. **What problems is DataImpulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** DataImpulse overcomes two monumental challenges: anonymous and non-stop scraping data for reputation monitoring, and centralized collection of the multi-platform customer feedback. Automating proxy rotations and scraping reviews from Houzz, Angi & Trustpilot to a DB helped us bring down the manual effort by 60% and also improved the response time for negative feedback.
