It simplifies the report-making process because if it were through SFTP, we would have to fill out a bunch of stuff. Also, dataimporter easily connected to Salesforce without any issues. **What do you dislike about dataimporter?** I don't like that I can't create groups of reports, and everything is just in one list. **What problems is dataimporter solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use dataimporter to export reports and share Salesforce data without additional costs.
