I think a further expanded scope of functionalities could help us consolidate our data management and security needs in one place. For example, we're interested in a data vendor vetting functionality that's on the market with other providers who offer similar services to DataGrail, but that I'm not sure DataGrail provides. The DataGrail team has been a close partner all the way from onboarding through to deployment and ongoing optimization. DataGrail is actively engaged, responsive and helpful. The tool itself is also highly intuitive, and gives us a high level of confidence in the future-proofing of our compliance with data privacy laws. Pricing was also very reasonable

One minor nitpick is that we wanted to add a custom API connector that we could use to interface with our internal systems, but that was only available through a set of features that was expensive and unnecessary for our use case. Datagrail is intuitive, easy to use, and the implementation is straight forward. The integrations for app and data discovery work well. The process for customers to use the product is straight forward. Finally, the team that helped us on-board the product was amazing. I really have admired that the DataGrail team is always available to answer our questions and assist us when problems arise. They are a very involved vendor and have been so great to work with. We switched from another vendor and the process has been involved and the team is always there to assist us. The product is up and coming and still has improvements coming. The project has been very complicated. Might be our internal processes, but it hasn't been completely seamless to transition from our previous vendor. The product is new, so transitioning when we had a specific process, to something that isn't the same level has been a challenge we have had to figure out.
