For someone without a technical background, it was somewhat difficult to fully understand all of DataGrail's capabilities and functionalities. Onboarding and getting the system set up was also a somewhat complicated process. However, DataGrail's excellent support team was with us every step of the way, providing us with information, responding to all our questions, and pointing us to good resources and materials to better understand our company's privacy compliance needs. The process at times felt a bit disjointed like I was going into the next step without all the information. I think there may be too many assumptions made about the customer's background understanding of how the data request process works using DataGrail. They had existing integrations with MOST of the big ecomm systems already.

It was easy to get it up and running very quickly.

GREAT - They do a FULL Sweep of all your systems, so we feel confident that nothing was missed.

However, non-relevant or important items were also pulled in such as privacy systems for a DoorDash account or small systems that were used in a trial, etc.
