What do you like best about DataFox?

Much better bounce rates than Datanyze, the insights feature is incredibly useful, love the conferences and slack notifications, searching on multiple technology, location, company size, etc parameters, ability to scrape job listing descriptions from within the tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataFox?

The UI for complex processes is great, but it is like a blind donkey wearing mittens designed a lot of the simpler features. For some reason when looking at contact info you can not sort alphabetically by company, so I end up exporting to a CSV just to do this EVERY SINGLE TIME. Why god, WHY??? Just one example, but most of my gripes about DataFox are of this nature. We were also wrongly promised that we could use the salesforce plugin, but it didn't work with our version of Salesforce- which we had told the Sales Rep about.
