I have been using DataFeedWatch for several years to manage close to one hundred feeds for four different advertising platforms. I had used two competitors before switching to DataFeedWatch and I have to say that DataFeedWatch is more robust than the competitors and about 15% of the cost. Of all the software platforms I work in regularly, I am most impressed with the depth, simplicity, and consistency of DataFeedWatch. The few times that I have had to use customer service they have been impressively quick to respond and very helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for feed management solutions. Every now and then there is an issue where a feed is not updated at the designated time but this usually fixes itself within an hour or not much longer. It is a rare occurence and has never resulted in downtime or any measurable negative impact. Had a useful onboarding session. Setting up the feed was therefore very simple. Compared to other similar tools, the feed is much more organized due to, among other things, the internal fields. These are therefore also very easy to implement to other channels. Quick responses in the chat or via email. Also convenient that the merchant center can load the feed from Datafeedwatch unlimitedly.
