The web interface is clean and easy to use. The Bot Protect component deploys and integrates very easily with Cloudfront, while having an almost imperceptible impact on latency. AI is at the heart of the product and continuously evolves to meet different needs. The Datadome team is very present and does not hesitate to evolve the product if necessary. DataDome is great because it takes a proactive measure in preventing bot attacks on client sites based on traffic patterns and behaviors. They do have 24/7 support and on-call in case anything needs to get escalated for them to refine their rules. The pricing of the subscription is also reasonable. One of the dislikes about DataDome is that there were times that cases were escalated to on-call but were not looked at within SLA times. I appreciate the quality support and assistance in adapting filtering rules by the DataDome team. If needed, the team quickly adapts the rules that might cause issues. The initial setup was easy. We would like to be referenced on the LLM. DataDome is struggling to identify a user using ChatGPT to scrape our site compared to a legitimate user. Moreover, DataDome is very expensive. I find that DataDome works pretty good, and I can reliably trust it. The support is great and has been really helpful in times when we've been hit hard by bot attacks.
