The most helpful part of using DataDocks is the flexibility to add notes, tabs, tags, etc. We are able to customize appointments to meet our business needs. Something not working just right? Honestly, the main downside for me is that we haven’t kept up with the technology. DataDocks offers so much more than what we’re currently using, and I really wish we were taking advantage of it. It wasn't efficient at all. We used another company for a while but it was too expensive and they didn't like how we were using the tool.
