It helps them stand out from their competitors. By that I mean they are quite flexible in adding 'connectors' - i.e. adding IG stories if needed. I found this to be quite helpful. It's also quite easy to connect cloud based applications to your data destination with only a few clicks. **What do you dislike about Dataddo?** The tool itself is great. From my use of it so far I can't find anything I don't like. A colleague mentioned that support were a little slow to reply when writing to them.... but personally, I haven't experienced any issues. **What problems is Dataddo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's making it super easy to manage my data. It's all centralised from any and every source of data I have and the tool maps it over where I need it. It's really adding data agility to our business ### 2. Our pricing policy is based on number of flows and the destinations of those flows. Sources can have as many dimensions as you'd like provided that the connector API allows for it. For example, Google Analytics has limitations on how many dimensions and attributes you can include in one source. However, you are able to create multiple sources at no extra charge and then union or blend those sources right in the Dataddo app. Your blended source can then be set up to load right into the destination of your choosing. It allowed for our department to set up extensive dashboards with minimal effort and without having to involve any IT specialists. If there are any issues, Dattado's interface provides enough documentation to understand what needs to be done to fix it. **What do you dislike about Dataddo?** The only downside we found so far is that some of the data sources require constant maintenance, as they can fail at any time without any notice. Although this is probably not Dataddo's fault, it would be great to have a more extensive notification system to remind all users that there are issues in the account. **What problems is Dataddo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows our team to extract data from a large number of data sources into one nicely packaged stream. Also more sources and features are added all the time. Also when you need a connection or field that they dont have yet, i can email them or use the chat support and sometimes they can even add it the same day or in around two three weeks depending on the complexity, this is an amazing service that i havent found anywhere else yet. It feels like real team work where my input also helps to improve the dataddo platform. The tool itselff also works easy and fast and doesnt have a lot of hickups in the scheduled data transfer very dependable, which is the most important for me. **What do you dislike about Dataddo?** Sometimes there is an error in a connection (flow), but isnt very clear to me then what coused the error and how to fix it, also the seperste steps of creating a source, destination and flow feels like extra steps sometimes but this is also a good thing because it gives you the freedom to send your data to different destinations. sometimes it isnt very clear what a connection is exactly sending, also you need to setup a seperate source connection for each table would be a great improvement if you can choose multiple tabels inside the same source setup and have them transferd together. But this isnt a very big deal. **What problems is Dataddo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Transffering data from source to multiple dtawarehouses from the same dataddo environment. It gives a nice overview and stil enables us to keep data from different customers seperate. Also when there is a source that no other ETL offers dataddo offers a quick service where they can quickly build it and this makes our love a lot easier it spares us a lot of development time. ### 15. When something is not clear, it's simple to contact them by email or for an online meeting. After our requests can they provide new connectors and new metrics. **What do you dislike about Dataddo?** Their system isn't bulletproof. Our biggest pain is dealing with delays on data source - many times it ends with manual pushing of the data. A few times it also happened that there are problems with data quality - i.e. column changed format. Their GUI changed many times and sometimes it's not intuitive. **What problems is Dataddo solving and how is that benefiting you?** They surely have a lot of different connectors for different metrics and can provide data from different sources (i.e. many Google analytic tools). Thanks to this we don't have to deal with data sources APIs and upgrading them every half of the year. However instead of dealing with data sources incidents and delays, we have to deal with Dataddo incidents and delays, yet it is much simpler for us. ### 24. It regularly performs automatic data sync between our data source and cloud storage whenever there is an upload or removal of objects. Its data quality checks facilitate the prevention of duplicates, anomalies detection, and blending data transformations with its no-code dashboard utilities. **What do you dislike about Dataddo?** One thing I dislike while using Dataddo is I'm unable to edit my data source. It only enables me to edit the snapshot settings of the pre-existing data source. For metrics and other configuration changes each time, I need to create a new data source that consumes some of my time. **What problems is Dataddo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can request for new connector by giving the list of our API endpoints specifications which we need to access. This will gain our custom connector access in our Dataddo platform, solving integration complexity issues. We use its transformation pipeline, which houses our framework for all data transformation models & data flow integrations to obtain API responses from our diversified third-party applications. Also, it's easy to customize the dashboard using its configure dashboard window and include data blending operations in which we can combine two data sources into one destination for data flow versatility. ### 33.
