They are surely responsive. When something is not clear, it's simple to contact them by email or for an online meeting. After our requests can they provide new connectors and new metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Dataddo? Their system isn't bulletproof. Our biggest pain is dealing with delays on data source - many times it ends with manual pushing of the data. A few times it also happened that there are problems with data quality - i.e. column changed format. Their GUI changed many times and sometimes it's not intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Dataddo solving and how is that benefiting you? They surely have a lot of different connectors for different metrics and can provide data from different sources (i.e. many Google analytic tools). Thanks to this we don't have to deal with data sources APIs and upgrading them every half of the year. However instead of dealing with data sources incidents and delays, we have to deal with Dataddo incidents and delays, yet it is much simpler for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
