Detailed visibility into the reasons for the errors in the pipeline would be a nice feature to have

**What problems is DataChannel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have our data kept in a lot of different platforms. We have a lot of advertising data as well. DataChannel helps us in getting all of that data quickly and in a managed way into a single repository.

**What do you like best about DataChannel?**

There are a lot of great features within DataChannel, but the capacity to pull data at scale makes it stand out from its competitors. It’s an efficient data tool that works on both ETL and reverse ETL, has advanced transformation capabilities, pulls data with granularity, and has a user interface that requires minimal coding. This has helped us come a long way with clear, transparent data.

**What do you dislike about DataChannel?**

Sometimes it takes a while to get updates on the pipelines but nothing major till now. sometimes the pipelines failed bt the support team is prompt enough to resolve that

**What problems is DataChannel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating data integration and visualization across a wide range of data sources. We have data coming in from Shopify and other marketing platforms, which is brought in sync with DataChannel. Their implementation partner have helped us simplify our reporting too.

**What do you like best about DataChannel?**

DataChannel offers a variety of data sources, it has been really easy to get our data centralized and send it to different teams within our organization. The implementation team has helped us visualize marketing, sales and ops insights swiftly. We’re able to segregate different marketing data now, get automated reports, and work on our pain points to drive better ROI. It has been working like a breeze for us.

**What do you dislike about DataChannel?**

Can’t think of any major issues we experienced. All hiccups were resolved by their expert team Nothing that comes to mind. All problems are fixed on time by their support team.

**What problems is DataChannel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us bring various marketing data together and visualize it in different use cases.  It has helped us save a lot of time, effort and money.

**What do you like best about DataChannel?**

The ability to integrate from multiple platforms so easily. We started using DataChannel and quickly integrated data from sources like Amazon, Shopify, etc. We got a custom-built integration for Chargebee and their support team has helped us to a great extent. Along with that, reporting is pretty amazing within the platform, and we can run advanced transformations as per our needs. Overall, it’s an all-inclusive tool built for businesses to get ahead in their game.

**What do you dislike about DataChannel?**

Nothing misfits with our data systems. We did face a couple of errors while running the pipelines, but the support team was prompt to resolve those within a few hours.

**What problems is DataChannel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DataChannel is helping us integrate all our data into Google Bigquery. The data ingestion capabilities are fascinating, and we’ve been able to centralize our data into one platform, gaining ease of access, flexibility and scalability in our data foundation.
