Working with James Hunt as our account rep has been incredible easy – we've had quite a few conplex and ever changing requests and James has always been prompt with his replies and provided great guidance and data to support our decision making. Once the data had been provided, we found it to be of great quality, as has thus far served its purpose of generating leads well. Based on this, we are in the process of significantly expanding our work with DataCaptive and James has continued to be an incredible partner facilitating this. We had a few 'teething issues' in our first mailouts (we were utilising contacts for direct email marketing) , particularly managing responses such as Out of Office replies and people that had switched roles, however this was a process issue on our end more than anything.
