So far, there have not been an upside using DataCaptive. They have broken our contract. Additioinally, DataBaptive have cost me money, wasted my time and not proviced the service they said they were going to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DataCaptive? DataCaptive has not fulfilled their contract with me. They have wasted my time, cost me money and not provided the service they had signed a contract to do. They promise to deliver a certain number verified contact information for the business segment of interest to my company. They refused multiple requests for a refund, offering us additional free leads instead. They scammed us out of thousands of dollars. Only after we shared this review did they provide the refund.
