They have broken our contract. Additioinally, DataBaptive have cost me money, wasted my time and not proviced the service they said they were going to. **What do you dislike about DataCaptive?** DataCaptive has not fulfilled their contract with me. They have wasted my time, cost me money and not provided the service they had signed a contract to do. **Recommendations to others considering DataCaptive:** If you are using this company, do not pay in advance before you receive the data you have agreed to. **What problems is DataCaptive solving and how is that benefiting you?** They promise to deliver a certain number verified contact information for the business segment of interest to my company. They delivered duplicate entries and not accurate data twice and when asked for a refund they did not respond. I cannot recommend this company. ### 2. They refused multiple requests for a refund, offering us additional free leads instead. They scammed us out of thousands of dollars. Only after we shared this review did they provide the refund. **What do you like best about DataCaptive?** None of it. It was a terrible product: the list of leads was inaccurate. **What do you dislike about DataCaptive?** The list was bad. We spent hours checking its accuracy. **Recommendations to others considering DataCaptive:** DO NOT USE.
