The system was easy to use, and managing rewards didn't take much effort once everything was set up. **What do you dislike about DataCandy?** I didn't have any major issues, but there were a few things that took some time to learn. Some tasks required more clicks than I expected, and it took a little while to get comfortable with all the available options. **What problems is DataCandy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using DataCandy, it was harder to keep track of customer rewards and loyalty activities. It helped us stay organized and gave customers a reason to keep coming back. ### 2. To make the gift cards was easy peasy. The online software is really simple. The delivery is quite short. Excellent thing. The payment solutions are reliable and the customer service is there when needed. The only down side is the online app to follow payments. This could be improved. Overall, excellent experience with Data Candy. **What do you dislike about DataCandy?** The dual account to make and manage the cards **What problems is DataCandy solving and how is that benefiting you?** The gift certificates were very hard to follow. With data Candy, super easy stuff. ### 3.
