Classes are simple, smooth and seem that is very much up to date. I get it for free trough my employment benefit so i can't comment about it. I love how the courses are structured: first the theory is explained, then there’s a practical demonstration before you’re encouraged to have a go yourself. If you get stuck at any point, the hints are really useful for guiding you in the right direction. I love how things like Excel and Power BI are integrated as a web session and the course files are available to download, so users can choose to use their desktop version or used the integrated web session. The performance of the app is excellent, and the UI is sleek and modern. When I lost progress on my account one time, customer support were able to quickly restore it. I also love the AI summaries you get when you get questions wrong, as well as the AI courses they offer and webinars too. Sometimes the web sessions have to reload every now and then, and there could be better and more MCQs, especially for the skill tracks that lead to a certification. I’d also love it if ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot could run as integrated web sessions, because my company has banned them, so I can’t take those courses unless I’m on my personal laptop.
