Databox helps to show an ROI for inbound and paid media campaigns for my clients. The interactive dashboards allow for anyone with the Databox link to make changes to specific timeframes. Databox reports are shared on a monthly basis and KPIs are tracked accordingly. I work for an agency responsible for using, implementing, and optimizing Databox on behalf of my client organizations. I am responsible for creating monthly reporting for my clients. Love how we can build boards to showcase data, track it over time, show comparisons, etc. So much easier to use than Google Data Studio. Also love the Slack notifications and scorecards. There were also a lot of problems early on with outages and integrations not working.
