## Databox Reviews
  ### 1. A sleek, malleable tool that more marketers should use for their reports

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel P. | Online Marketing Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

Databox is able to integrate way more platforms and data sources than any others that I know (without spending an arm and a leg). The integrations are also really simple to set up on your own, which proves to me that they have an effective and replicable system on their backend. A lot of other competitors require their own team to set up integrations for you, which usually indicates that their solution is too clunky and unpredictable to make available for customers to do it themselves. It is for the exact opposite reason that Databox is awesome and my preferred choice for an aggregated reporting tool.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

The interface can be slow at times, but I can appreciate why since it's often pulling data from so many sources at once.

The other con is that the custom metrics are somewhat limited. I understand that they are limited by the API permissions of the sources (I know LinkedIn tends to be strict on what they make available via their API), but it would be nice to make the experience of setting up those custom metrics a little more smooth.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're aggregating results from a variety of different platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Gartner Products, SEMRush, Google Analytics, and more. All of these (with the exception of the Gartner products) have native integrations and are able to pull data into one unified location in Databox.

Our solution for Gartner has been in the form of a Zap through Zapier, which is less ideal than having integrations already available, but is acceptable since Zapier itself is available as an integration.

  ### 2. Databox Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle B. | Account/Project Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

I love how it brings all of your collected data into one place and allows you to customize the experience so it is easy to share real data and real results with customers, clients and co-workers.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

It can sometimes be cumbersome or confusing to create new templates for data or to edit data. There are also a few limitations to what data you can present. But, I imagine they are working to roll out more offers all the time.

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

Databox is a great tool if you have multiple clients you need to collect and analyze data for!

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to get rid of the extra time it take for me to manually create reports for clients and am able focus instead on analyzing the data to better serve my clients needs and goals.

  ### 3. Great tool with great support people

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asdrubal S. | Infraestructure Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Databox?**

Everything has been built to make easier the challenge. And if for some reason, I wasn't able to get a solution (it really happened) I contacted customer support, and they gave me gently the way to do it.

I really loved Databox.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

Nothing (for my use, so far). I can see it's a really complete tool.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To give the right live view of the business for the team.

  ### 4. Databox has been a great platform for our company.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah H. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

The platform as a whole is very intuitive. The sharing process is easy and the templates make the data look sophisticated, which is great for sharing data with clients. Building the data boards is my favorite feature. If you have a paid version of the software you can create custom metrics that make sense for your industry as well. Our company works with HubSpot and the crm integration is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

The free version has some limited metrics depending on which source you are pulling from.

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

If you want a sophisticated, easy, and affordable way to bundle your data, or your client's data, Databox is right for you. Having data in one central place has helped streamline our meetings, because there is not a bunch and forth clicking between different sources, and it has helped in the way we present data to our clients. Databox is easy to use but incredibly powerful and streamlines your processes.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are gathering important data for our company and our client's in one place where we can easily see how our website, marketing, and sales efforts are performing.

  ### 5. Statistics of all digital media used by the company updated in real time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

I can connect any platform and make a panel of KPIs suitable for each one, so that when the information is updated in real time it gives me an indication that the actions that are being carried out have a consequence on visits, purchases or other activities within the website or mobile apps. For example, if I have an activation event, I can quickly notice the panel updates as the activity increases and from where I am getting traffic.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

The price goes up a lot when you exceed 5 panels, personally I prefer that there is a price from 2 panels simultaneously in use or that the panels can be activated or deactivated when they are not in use, this because you need a lot of time to configure one and if the platform it asks you to delete it you have to do it without being able to recover them later if you change your plan.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concentrating all the KPIs of interest in one place was something impossible before knowing and implementing databox, much less having the data updated almost in real time, with databox we are always updated as to what happens with our followers, how they react to contents that we publish or if we are doing something wrong.

  ### 6. Campaign performance statistics updated in real time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arturo G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

It is easy to connect it to almost all the platforms that I use to achieve the marketing results of the company, it is interactive so I can consult data from previous months, current or have a vision of the results that I will get if I continue with the current strategy, since that extrapolates growth, in case I need another performance indicator I can add it from the default list with just one click.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

This tool has been perfect from the first moment I used it, for 2 years more compatible platforms have been added so it is even better.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I needed to obtain the performance data of ads and content generated for social networks I had to export the data in excel and make formulas to count and add the data of scope, expense, interactions, video reproductions, etc. With Databox I have all these results updated every 5 minutes and I no longer need to export the data in excel to process them.

  ### 7. Great Little Tool for Marketing Metrics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miles M. | Sales Operations Analyst & CRM Administrator, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

What I love about Databox is that it has built-in integration with HubSpot and comes with tons of interesting pre-baked report sets about social media, sales pipelines, and

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

Some of the custom report building can be a little clunky and unintuitive, but this may have to do with how HubSpot data is laid out on the backend. I happen to be familiar with how HubSpot organizes its data since

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

If you aren't a very data-savvy or programming-savvy person, Databox is the BI tool for you. Its pre-packaged reports and decent customization options are great. It has tons of templates and ideas for you to base new ideas off of and work from there. I think that has been the greatest asset to me and my team when it comes to Databox... sometimes you stare at a BI tool for hours and don't know how to display the data. That's where Databox comes in and saves the day by providing you with ideas.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use an API to report out of Power BI, but there are some reports that Databox has built in that I can't figure out how to build in Power BI (that probably require much more SQL/query language knowledge than I have), so Databox is a nice alternative. On top of that the execs always love a "prettier" data visualization style that is easy on the eyes and just a billion graphs shoved in their faces.

  ### 8. Data box review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edna D. | Registered Nurse Dialysis, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Databox?**

I like the user friendly interface. I also like how everything flows.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

I don't like the transition between sections when a data is created.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With databox, I am solving different evidence based practice for hospital logistics and patient care statistics.

  ### 9. Good for keeping an eye on simple metrics

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

It visualizes some of the most important data from your platforms all in one place. Tons of metric options.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

It definitely will not replace an analyst on your team. I still take a decent amount of time sorting through my dashboards to pull out actionable insights. Also, cross-platform display is not as great as it could be.

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

It's great if you don't have a ton of different accounts to work between. We personally prefer Google Data Studio dashboards for Google products, but this works well for some of our other platforms.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes reporting faster and more aesthetically pleasing. It's great for reporting on Facebook Ads specifically for us because it gives us quick overviews on which campaigns are performing best relative to as spend.

  ### 10. La herramienta que necesitas para conocer las transacciones registradas en Stripe en tiempo real.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 11. Amazing support for our free plan

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

The pre-made dashboards and the support is great. There's countless other companies that you can sign up with and try to figure it out, but DataBox gives you ready-to-go templates that require very little setup.
I didn't realize how many data points I didn't know existed.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

I really can't think of any downsides, especially for what I use with their free plan.

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

Try the free version and I guarantee you'll like it over whatever you're currently using. The free tier offers plenty of features and their support is super quick to go above and beyond to help you.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to connect data points across various systems (Youtube views with website views with facebook post likes, for example).

The TV mode allows us to show a beautiful up to date dashboard that is aesthetically pleasing and easy to read.

The vast and wide amount of connectors ensure us that we can connect to whatever service either we or our customer uses.

  ### 12. Use Free Plan Until You Are Comfortable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JK N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Databox?**

I have used several tools for data visualization like Tableau & R Studio, however I feel that Databox is the best out of all of them. The integrations that are offered are the best in market, it supports most of the software and tools we already use thus the transition was quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

The designer dashboard is what got me totally confused. Rest everything was great!

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

Go for it if it is your first data visualization tool.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Databox to mostly support the visualizations we need in our reports.

  ### 13. Just What We Needed

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dev P. | CFO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

It's very easy to use and had all the connections we required. The customer service team is great and is ready to help at all times we had technical difficulties. The best part about it was the hourly refresh which gives an edge over other softwares. It keep our team on our toes and informed about everything.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

It is very much difficult to see the custom queries which is painful. The data sometimes gets very small for the normal readable size which is bad.

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

Go for it, it is worth your money!

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it mainly for visualizations, this tool comes very handy when coupled with Tableau!

  ### 14. Great Data Visualizations + Much More

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel B. | Freelance Marketing Writer, Social Media Manager and SEO Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

Databox excels in two things: presenting data in a beautiful way and combining different data sources on one screen. It's also easy to share reporting with others and works on multiple devices.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

There are connection/technical issues from time to time and customizing reports either isn't easy or it's expensive.

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

Try it out! You get three data boards and three connections for free.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using one-page reporting. I've saved time and money for multiple employers using Databox.

  ### 15. Prioritizing standard workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

Able to strategically queue workflow so that order of departmental procedures is optimized based on the specimens that arrive each day. The lab had a very specific objective to receive specimen shipments and process preliminary same-day results which was increasingly possible with databox in regards to analyzing our performance. It highlighted area where some tests/processes should be initiated at a different time in the day depending on volume.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

I wasn’t an evaluator, just user. I imagine the capabilities of databox are expansive for technologically inclined users and analysts. I was responsible for a small part of data in my department so I never accessed some of the greater spreadsheet/collaborative/graphic data.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us rearrange the queue of specimen processing and storage by type depending on quantity received each business day. Specimens are processed and run with different physical and biochemical techniques so the data allowed us to run testing and storage more efficiently. We made changes to our previously established workflow across multiple departments to ensure faster results distribution to clients and optimize specimen integrity. It saved money, time and added value to the product itself by way of quality improvement.

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

It is a very reliable app and vwith great features for any organization.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

t times I can experience syncing issues on their end which can result in delayed data in Databox for Standard and Custom Metrics. Their website says they are monitoring this and will post an update as soon as data starts flowing through again.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

I like best that Databox provides all of your sales metrics in one place combined with multiple data sources. So you can have all your business to business sales combined. It’s very easy user friendly. It really tracks the performance of your company.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

The only dislike is that some key features are missing. It’s hard to discern between traffic sources and points in time as well as different dates because of it being too white of a interface. I would definitely add some color to make it easier to read data.

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

If sales evaluation is a concern of yours this program can really help you speed up sales evaluations and notice sales trends.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved making client reports quicker and more interactive with the use of Databox. It really helps to also notice sale trends. Very clean.

I like this tool because it collects all performance ratings from different tools and puts them as one that makes it easier to view and saves efforts and time.

The scalability of the tool can be made to even a wider variety of social media and other databases.

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

Nice visual representations of macro data points across multiple platforms.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

  ### 24. Data box

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

I find helpful that Databox allows you to customize dashboards by colors, brands, metrics etc. It is reasonably priced as it varies on the growth of your business anywhere between free to $248 for established businesses.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

The system has a glitch which doesn’t allow you to automatically switch currency. For my personal experience I needed to switch the currency to Euros and it would only give me the option to use dollars which made it more difficult for my clients to be guided financially wise

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

The website itself looks confusing but there are guides for beginners

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Databox gathers all your metrics in one place and helps you deliver the KPIs across multiple devices

  ### 25. great dashboard tool with plenty of integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

The UI is fantastic, by far the best looking dashboard tool I've found. There's a lot of third party integration, customisation and customer support is great.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

Some of the Shopify integration is limited for our use case however this isn't completely down to Dstabox as most things are reliant on API's from the third-party source.

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

Create a plan of KPI's and ensure all integrations you require are available before subscribing.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use the tool to track our marketing data. Databox saves us a lot of time and provides an overview of all our marketing activities allowing us to make informed decisions.

  ### 26. It helps us track our marketing efforts

  ### 27. Brilliant Business Intel. / Dashboard software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

This is the most advanced business analysis software I have seen and itʻs disguised behind this very easy to use interface. However; donʻt be fooled by simple appearances because under the hood you have a lot of control over how data is managed, updated, presented, calculated, etc. Google Sheets integration is brilliant. This feature alone can transform most teams away from written status reports and boring meetings to real time analysis of whats actually happening so you can make decisions.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

The top pricing plan is a bit expensive but it saves us so much itʻs not a big deal. We have very low data volume and activity but would like to have more connections. If there was a way to find that balance it would be nice.

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

Definitely try it for a few months and spend some time learning about it and tweaking it. Use it to drive status meetings where the data is organically updated. Itʻs almost like a game and people want to see it.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nearly real time marketing analytics that allows us to adjust inventory plans based on trends we would have otherwise missed or problems developing that can be managed early. We are a small company operating in a fast moving market where we can waste a lot of money in the wrong places if we are not paying attention. This also gives me great historical perspective on growth and gives me hard numbers on growth or decline and I donʻt need a CPA or CFO or anyone to prepare it for me.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

If anything, I’d say just the expenses with Databox.

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

Perfect for small or large business owners! Well organized and easy to use!

  ### 29. Very Conflicted!!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

I love that it gives you real time results on one screen. This makes it so easy to check from a marketing agency perspective.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

It's really confusing for clients. They usually hate it, never use it, or ask tons of questions. Once they figure it out, they really dislike that they can't personally change the date ranges.

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

I think it can be a great tool if there's someone at your company to really take the time to learn how to navigate this system. It is a great tool to use if you're looking to consolidate the time it takes for social media reporting!

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It honestly makes gathering data for reporting a lot easier! Even with the downsides, it still saves me so much time when putting quarter reports together.

It's a great way to connect and centralize all of the data sources I have into one space.

  ### 37. Awesome tool for generating reports

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

The ability to integrate with multiple platforms. Best for sending regular updates on your progress.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

There are no guides or documentation. Default metrics sometimes are not useful for the work that needs to be done.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We connected 10 clients with 3 different data sources for reporting. The setup for the same was extremely simple and easy to use.

  ### 38. Simple

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2018

**What do you like best about Databox?**

Simplicity is the name of the game here. This BI dashboard tool is best for non-developers who want an inexpensive tool for metrics refreshed daily. It connects well to Hubspot and a few other APIs with little effort. The out-of-the-box selection of metrics is pretty large. The block-space based UI is also pretty well designed and fun to look at. Plans are reasonably priced compared to other more expensive options like Grow and Domo. API is fairly reliable here with fewer data connection/refresh issues than Grow which would sometimes be flat out wrong at times with little reason or warning.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

There isn't a lot of granular control here. Metrics pretty much come as they are and unless you have one of the highest plans, even filters are out of the question. Filters are included with the Query Builder level but this Query Builder title is a little misleading as you still don't have access to the data as a full table and there are no actual ways to Query with SQL. Because of this, date filters are very static and clunky too. You can only choose what options they give you (IE last week, this week, this year, year to date etc.) but more advanced ones like 'next year' or 'this year and next' which would be easy in SQL can't be made. Because of some of these rails, we are running into problems where deals aren't showing up in the pipeline totals because we are nearing the end of the year and our close date filter has to be set on this year because it requires a date range and "all-time" or "This year and next" isn't an option. API selection is getting there but it still lacks the variety of connections that Grow did. Our company uses Harvest as our time tracker and invoice platform but the Harvest API is very new and lacking invoice metrics. I'm sure these may come out soon but for now it is unusable for revenue metric purposes. No connection to Google sheets or CSV uploads so there really isn't any flexibility on data there either.

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

Use if you need a simple dashboard tool and you don't know SQL or other coding languages.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated reporting. Sales activity and performance metrics. SEO, SEM activity and performance metrics. Both of these work exactly as they should.

  ### 39. I love using Databox to build my dashboards!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Databox?**

I love using Databox to build my dashboards! I am not the best coder and it is amazing how I can build a dashboard without any coding necessary using Databox!

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

I do not dislike anything so far, but I honestly have not been using it for very long.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building dashboards without having to code.

  ### 40. Databox Review

**What do you like best about Databox?**

Easy access to our most important info. Available on desktop and mobile.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

The mobile app asks you to enable notifications every time. I prefer to be able to avoid this step if I've already declined notifications.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to info about the growth drivers of our business

  ### 44. Awesome to automate reports for our clients!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Databox?**

The possibility for create beautiful and practical reports for our clients

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

Lack of integrations for Saas softwares that we use

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

Awesome to build a real time dashboard to managers that need to see an overview of campaigns and results.

Incredible machine to agencies that need to report status and results for clients.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 45. Databox is a Digital Marketer's Dream Come True

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2018

**What do you like best about Databox?**

Ease of use, flexibility and just how fundamentally useul are the starting points. It saves so much time, gives you access to the numbers that matter and you can get an immediate snapshot of all your campaigns in one place. Going back to Google Analytics is a little painful after you've experienced Databox.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

I honestly haven't found anything I "dislike" yet.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you have a lot of data coming in from multiple campaigns it's very easy to miss key signals that you need to make adjustments. Databox solves that. The biggest problem solver for me personally is the visible access to the data points and KPI's that matter to each specific campaign.

  ### 46. Practical, Pragmatic and Pretty

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 🎙️ Darryl P. | Chief Marketing Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2018

**What do you like best about Databox?**

The user interface is clean and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

Inability to link boards or drill down makes the tool less dynamic but we can work around it.

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

When we evaluated the various dashboarding offerings on the market, Databox represented the best value for the money, with one of the largest out-of-the-box integration libraries. Do as we did — evaluate a short-list of vendors and pick the one that works best for your needs, your budget, and your staff. I think you'll agree Databox is excellent value.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a single dashboard interface that would allow us to roll up metrics (Content Downloads, Free Trials, Demos, Website Visits, Email Opens, Social Media Engagement, etc.) from a variety of technology stack components (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Marketing Automation, Review Sites, Remarketing, CRM, etc.) and distribute the metrics for review by key company stakeholders. Using Databox, we've managed to share Marketing's progress, without additional investment in seat licenses for our technology components (i.e. CRM) for regular review, discussion, and ongoing optimization of our programs and target outcomes. The organization is aligned across all departments, and we can track our progress in real-time rather than after-the-fact when it's too late.

  ### 47. Great Tool, Great Price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2018

**What do you like best about Databox?**

I've used a few business intelligence tools that cost tens of thousands of dollars, but Databox is able to satisfy the needs my small business requires at the fraction of that cost - even free. We currently need to watch our performance on a few platforms and with Databox, we are able to do just this. We intend to add more platforms in the future. Databox already supports these platforms so we know this wouldn't be a problem when it's time to scale

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

I still can't find anything about Databox that I dislike. I recently introduced it to my team at RegDesk, and it's super convenient to build and use

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

If you use several tools to capture data but you want a simple dashboard where you can view all your KPIs on the move, on desktop and tablet, Databox is the tool to use.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small business, we use several tools, but we also want to be able to view reports in one place. Databox makes this all possible at an awesome price. The ability to carry our analytics on the go. Presenting marketing reports have become a breeze. And the fact that we can scale as we grow or require more is simply awesome.

  ### 48. Best dashboard software i've tried so far

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon D. | CTO & Co-Founder, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2018

**What do you like best about Databox?**

I like the customisability and the simplicity in adding connectors and showing their data. It's really impressive that it took me about 30min's from i signup to everything was up and running. The system really proves that its a must have tool for all startups without a system in place and with ambition to reach a new high. And if you already have such a tool, but this is a cheaper option or solves the purpose betterit takes tops a few hours to setup, so its not even a big investment to get it up and running.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

I think its a bit to complicated to make my own data connectors

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

I would try it out, with the 3 data connections and see how well it works for you and your team. For us it turned out it was really easy to solve all the problems that we had with collecting data.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving a key problem, that being able to follow up on how we are performing in all possible ways, and have that great look into how the business is running, in all apspects. And they way to stream all our data into one board

  ### 49. Easy Business Intelligence DashBoard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryuichi S. | SEO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2018

**What do you like best about Databox?**

You can easily integrate a lot of services to have a "bird view" of your online business.
For instance, like to connect PayPal, Google Analytics and Facebook Ads to have a quick view of my incoming transactions and expenses. Comparing them to my Analytics Goals helps me to quickly understand my ROI.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

It would be nice to have a free version with 4-5 connectors: this will help new customers to get confident with DataBox within a longer period of time.

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

If you are looking for a Business Intelligence DashBoard with a lot of connectors, I think DataBox have the most wide selection available.
Price is a bit over the standard, but you can consider it if you need many connectors in one place.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said before, you can quickly have a "bird view" of your ROI on Ads and SEO.

  ### 50. Great KPI trackling tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bisera S. | Creative Director, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2017

**What do you like best about Databox?**

It's incredibly easy to set up, looks great and gives you real time overview of your performance and goals. I love that the app gives you east access of the data on your smartphone.

**What do you dislike about Databox?**

Some important KPIs cannot be tracked, such as Twitter impressions and Twitter ads data. It does not have integration with Salesforce and some other major CRMs. I was especially reserved about not having a Salesforce integration, as this is a CRM that we have recently switched to and it's sort of a fix now, we cannot change it and track progress in this tool, which is unfortunate.

**Recommendations to others considering Databox:**

Take time to think about what you need info on and choose exactly the info your company needs to track. The tool has a lot of options for tracking all sorts of data and set up a lot of info that would not always be useful to look at - make sure at setup to reach after the data that is useful and stick to it. Additionally, the trends and average functions would help you be able to overview how you compare to previous performance and the industry average.

**What problems is Databox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting becomes a lot easier and management have access to progress reports real time. We want to minimise the time we spend on meetings and reporting and this tool easily does that for us. Partners are able to access dashboards through their phones and monitor progress real time.
