"Incredible product!"
5/5
What do you like best about Databook?

Databook has been incredibly helpful when preparing for customer meetings - it is so easy to use and the insights are unmatched. I would normally need to review at least 4 different sources to get the consolidated level of intelligence provided by Databooks all in one POV. I estimate that it saves me 50% of the preparation time for early customer Exec meetings for certain customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

The only downside that I can think of is that it does not include all of my customers. If account coverage increased I would have no cons to report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Product and Easy to Use"
4/5
What do you like best about Databook?

I've been using Databook for about a year and it's proven to be a great tool for tracking results and gaining valuable insights into audience engagement across content, advertising, and our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

While Databook is useful for tracking engagement, the reporting features could be improved. Specifically, a built-in grading system to easily identify high, medium, and low-performing content, advertising, and website engagement based on geographic location would be a valuable enhancement.
