## Databook Reviews
  ### 1. Databook Makes Account Research Effortless and Time-Saving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo S. | Hospital Corpsman, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Databook?**

What I appreciate most about Databook is how it simplifies the process of researching accounts. It provides fast access to the most important information, such as company initiatives, executive priorities, and financial trends, all conveniently gathered in one place. Before I reach out to new prospects, I rely on it to help me craft messages that truly resonate. It saves me a significant amount of time that I would otherwise spend sifting through reports or searching random articles to understand what a company actually values.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

Occasionally, it takes a few extra seconds to load when I switch between company profiles, and I’ve noticed that the data for smaller or private companies isn’t as comprehensive as it is for larger organizations. It would also be helpful if the integration with tools like Salesforce or SalesLoft were smoother, allowing me to pull insights directly into my workflow.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Databook has made it much easier for me to connect company strategy with my sales outreach. Rather than spending hours researching what drives a business, I can quickly identify the initiatives and priorities that are most important to its leadership. This gives me talking points that truly resonate, making my outreach feel more personal and relevant. It has also enabled me to better tailor my messaging to reflect the language executives use around revenue growth, cost reduction, and customer impact.

  ### 2. Enhancing Strategic Selling with Actionable Account Intelligence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prerna J. | Sales Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Databook?**

Databook provides powerful account intelligence that helps identify the right business opportunities with precision. It integrates executive insights, strategic priorities, and financial data into a single view—making sales conversations highly personalized and data-driven. The depth of company reports and the ability to align Qlik’s solutions directly with customer business goals save a lot of research time.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

While the insights are valuable, sometimes the data refresh rate can lag behind recent financial updates or leadership changes.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Databook is primarily solving the challenge of time-consuming account research and lack of actionable, personalized insights for sales teams. By integrating real-time financial data, executive priorities, and strategic company intelligence into an intuitive workspace, Databook streamlines account planning and helps you pinpoint business-critical opportunities faster. This means less time spent gathering information and more time engaging prospects with targeted, value-driven pitches, leading to improved productivity, faster deal cycles, and stronger alignment of solutions to real customer needs.

For you, this benefit translates into:
Accelerated account research and planning.
Improved personalization in outreach, increasing prospect engagement.
Guidance for strategic selling using actionable insights, strengthening deal strategy.
Fewer risks of overselling or underselling, helping close deals more effectively.
Proactive alerts and coaching workflows, keeping deals on track and fostering skill growth.

  ### 3. Effortless Insights with Seamless Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pierre M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Databook?**

I especially appreciate the new AI functionalities and the POV in Databook. These features make it easier for me to create my account plans. The POV provides a well-structured approach to managing my accounts. Additionally, the initial setup of Databook was easy, thanks to the correct training and onboarding by Xander.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

I dislike the lack of data sometimes and wish there was more information on the people. Org charts would be a must, or a web of people who are connected within the company to facilitate engagement with stakeholders we do not know.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Databook to quickly gather relevant information and buying signals for my accounts. It helps me create account plans easier with its AI functionalities and provides a well-structured POV for account strategy.

  ### 4. Streamlined Account Research with Databook

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon M. | Senior Account Executive

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Databook?**

I like having all the pertinent research for each of my accounts in one place with Databook. I don't have to jump between LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Google, company websites, or 10-K's to get everything I need. It's very easy and simple for me to go in, find my accounts, and start researching right away.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

Sometimes the Activity/News tab is not up to date. that's key for me as I'm trying to identify/create a compelling event in these accounts - I need the most current, accurate information when trying to create urgency.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Databook helps me identify key stakeholders in target accounts and tailor value propositions. I love having all research in one place, avoiding the need to jump between multiple sources.

  ### 5. Unmatched Information Quality, But Slow Response Times

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Databook?**

The quality and thoroughness of information is unbeatable. I feel like I can use this one AI source instead of having 2-3 tabs open to different tools and get the highest quality information.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

Speed of information is quite slow and some of the contacts it gives me are out of date/no longer at the company so I still need to verify some of the info manually.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's becoming my "one source of truth" that gets me the info I need. It's saving me time and hassle by allowing me to go one place to get the info and answers I need.

  ### 6. AI-Powered Proposals Revolutionize Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Databook?**

I like the AI features that allow me to automatically build custom proposals from Databook, especially the AI Tailored proposal builder. It automatically conducts competitive analysis and integrates our own data, making it easier to create proposals for specific accounts. I also found the initial setup extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

I wish there was more data on private companies.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Databook to reduce the time it takes for account research and proposal building. The AI features let me automatically generate custom proposals and perform competitive analysis, which includes our data, making it easier to target specific accounts.

  ### 7. Love Databook as a Strategic Account Executive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate H. | Strategic AE, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Databook?**

It allows me to stay on top of my accounts. I can drill down into keywords used in presentations, earnings calls, 10-Ks, etc. I love how my company has aligned our use cases to their top pain points.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

On some accounts, the C-level executives are out of date. That said, I can easily make recommendations and ask them to take a closer look at who they are featuring as top executives at the company. I wish their executive readouts had more unique interests of each individual.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to easily make my product relevant to the company I am researching. It's a one stop shop for my account review. I don't need to spend time going to multiple sites and reading or listening to multiple earnings calls when I can easily search for keywords and dive deeper if needed.

  ### 8. Great for Targeted Research of Big Accounts

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Industrial Automation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

When conducting account research, this tool offers valuable keywords that indicate what the account is interested in, specifically in relation to my company. It also helps identify the appropriate individuals to target within those accounts.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

Smaller companies are not included when it comes to research.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate the thorough account research it offers, whether it's identifying relevant keywords, highlighting which case studies from my company apply to each account, pinpointing key people to target, or providing competitor analysis.

  ### 9. Game-Changer for Strategic Selling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Databook?**

What I really appreciate about Databook is how effortlessly it fits into the daily workflow—it's intuitive to use, easy to implement, and doesn’t demand a heavy lift to get started. The interface is clean and user-friendly, making it simple to extract high-impact insights without getting lost in complexity. It integrates smoothly with tools like Salesforce, which helps keep everything centralized and efficient. The feature set is robust yet focused, offering just the right balance of strategic depth and usability. I find myself using it regularly, especially when preparing for executive conversations or analyzing account potential. Plus, their customer support is genuinely responsive and hands-on, which adds a lot of confidence in the platform’s long-term value.

**What do you dislike about Databook?**

While Databook is highly effective, it can feel a bit limited for niche industries where data depth isn’t as strong. Occasionally, there are slight delays with CRM integration, and some executive insights could be more up to date. Small gaps, but worth noting.

**What problems is Databook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Databook helps solve the challenge of quickly understanding a company’s strategic priorities and market position from an executive perspective. Instead of spending hours on manual research, I get clear, actionable insights that help me tailor sales strategies and client conversations with precision. It’s significantly improved how I prioritize accounts, identify key business drivers, and align offerings to what really matters to decision-makers, ultimately leading to more focused outreach and stronger engagement.
