I really enjoy working with Jonathan Cobb and other team members. They are quick to resolve any issues with our integrations and make sure we have good performance. The workflows suit our purposes. **What problems is DataBlend solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us load our accounting and payroll information into our EPM system to assist with reporting and budgeting. ### 2. I went through implementation with the founder of the product, and it was such a white glove experience. I've also been able to get support from him directly as well. **What do you dislike about DataBlend?** It can be a little buggy at times, especially if you're pulling in a lot of data or are trying to copy over settings from another file **What problems is DataBlend solving and how is that benefiting you?** We primarily use Google Sheets as our way of sharing information to our leadership team, so we needed a way to get Adaptive information out and formatted without having to manually go through Excel each month. A lot of going back and forth with the team, journal entries wouldn't balance. **What problems is DataBlend solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had to pull raw data reports and enter them into a spreadsheet to then create journal entries that we would then import to our accounting software, Sage Intacct. To add a wrinkle, we are implementing Sage Intacct simultaneously, and the coordination between the two projects has been excellent. They have been working on what they can and adapting their workflow to match the needs of the Intacct implementation. Communication has also been super. I have found that emails and questions are responded to very quickly. **What do you dislike about DataBlend?** I have not come across anything at the stage that I do not like about DataBlend. I may find something as we get closer to completing the project, or indeed as we begin using and can update with another review at that time. **What problems is DataBlend solving and how is that benefiting you?** DataBlend is creating a bridge from multiple Salesforce platforms to one instance of Sage Intacct. We are creating multiple bridges for incoming donations and outgoing grants. They understood our needs quickly and met expectations. I was impressed with how responsive they have been when we've asked for tweaks. **What do you dislike about DataBlend?** We had a great Datablend tech working for us. But soon after she finished the project (successfully), she left Datablend. The new person we are working with is also good. But of course we prefer to get to know one person well, right? **What problems is DataBlend solving and how is that benefiting you?** Datablend built connectors between our accounting systems and Workday Adaptive (budgeting and planning system). They're just starting a new project to build a connector between Salesforce and NetSuite.
