Very reasonably priced connector that allows me to export Adaptive data to Google Sheets without having to use Excel as an intermediary step. I went through implementation with the founder of the product, and it was such a white glove experience. I've also been able to get support from him directly as well. I have been impressed with how quickly and accurately DataBlend allows us to modify existing integration flows. As a fast-growing company, our business processes evolve frequently, and DataBlend has done a great job of keeping pace. The service has gone through a few, relatively short periods where it has lost connection to our accounting system (Sage Intacct) and caused our integrations to fail. Overall DataBlend is always customer oriented. The customer support is timely, technical and and professional. I love that DataBlend took an incredibly manual process of creating journal entries off my plate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DataBlend? The implementation process was a bit difficult. A lot of going back and forth with the team, journal entries wouldn't balance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We had to pull raw data reports and enter them into a spreadsheet to then create journal entries that we would then import to our accounting software, Sage Intacct. We are in the early stages of implementation, but I have been very impressed with the ease and speed with which the DataBlend team has mapped out the project and started the bridge between Salesforce and Intacct. To add a wrinkle, we are implementing Sage Intacct simultaneously, and the coordination between the two projects has been excellent. They have been working on what they can and adapting their workflow to match the needs of the Intacct implementation. Communication has also been super. I have not come across anything at the stage that I do not like about DataBlend.
