The transparency and open communication they have from every employee. Very clear about what they can do, how much it costs and are patient in every aspect. Databees has been great to work with. The communication and follow up is on point. They make you aware off everything they are doing and make changes from your requests very quickly always putting the client's needs first. They locate accurate information for us from companies to contacts and their contact information as well. What do you like best about DataBees?

They are fairly priced, very proactive, deliver high level service and always maintain open communication lines and "simply" do a great job. I have now been working with them (and still do) for many years and I'm still impressed by their level of service, the quality of the work and commitment to delivering the desired results. Databees helps me with one of the three mission critical components of my projects: finding the right names of target accounts and the details of relevant contacts (decision makers and influencers). Databees is always on top of their teams. We provide instructions on the work we need completed and they train the team members. We've worked with them for years and they understand our target market as well as we do at this point. We can easily add or decrease hours as new projects are added or completed. Be sure you provide detailed instructions for your projects. There is often a time zone issue, but we are careful to provide all information at the outset to help keep questions to a minimum. What problems is DataBees solving and how is that benefiting you?

Databees acts as an extension to the MineralTree team. The Databees team does research to find appropriate Contacts when we only have an Account name. They add records to Salesforce where they are passed over to Sales for follow-up. They also help manage our email bouncebacks and unsubscribes.
