I appreciate the ownership and dedication that the CSMs at Databees bring to our projects. They have been instrumental in tailoring their data-gathering process to fit our specific needs, ensuring that we can efficiently produce a high volume of quality output. Their flexibility and proactive approach have made them a valuable partner in helping us strategize and think ahead about future opportunities.

**What do you dislike about DataBees?**

One consideration is that it does require a fair bit of effort and industry knowledge to get things dialed in and feel confident about the data you're receiving. However, once that groundwork is laid, the collaboration becomes highly productive, and the quality of output is consistently strong.

**What problems is DataBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DataBees helps us gather industry-specific data on our Total Addressable Market (TAM), which can be challenging and time-consuming to collect internally. By outsourcing this task to Databees, we can focus our internal resources on strategy and execution rather than data collection. This has allowed us to make more informed decisions, improve our targeting, and ultimately drive better results in our go-to-market efforts

The best thing about DataBees is their transparency behind their data collection processes, and their people! Our account manager, Nestan is very easy to work with.

Little to no downsides so far in our relationship. Some projects may have a learning curve but it is to be expected.

If you are considering DataBees, be sure to consider how easy it is to work with their account managers. This makes managing offshore projects so much easier. The team goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.

**What do you like best about DataBees?**

DataBees allows our company the focus on the pressing matters at hand by removing a hurdle that was prohibiting us from achieving our lofty goals. The research performed by DataBees has been instrumental in growing our client base while simultaneously giving our sales team more bandwidth to exceed their sales projections. Furthermore, my DataBees account manager, Nestan, is forward-thinking, gives thoughtful recommendations, and is always looking for ways to make us more effective and efficient. She is exceptional!

No dislikes to note. Our satisfaction is high.

The benefits of utilizing DataBees far outweigh the cost associated with their services.

Researching leads and identifying the best point of contact is a labor-intensive process that requires diligence and creative thinking. Since DataBees has taken over this process for my sales team, their bandwidth has expanded exponentially and their close-rates have been explosive.

**What do you like best about DataBees?**

There is always an accurate timeline given of estimated completion time on a task, we have had other vendors try to complete data projects for us and since they are not a data-specific org, we dont get clear communication as to estimated due dates. It is easy to bring databees into a project and be able to tell stakeholders the timeline for completion, with confidence,

**What do you dislike about DataBees?**

We sometimes assign tasks that are very industry specific and so there can be a little bit of a learning curve, since databees is not in the weeds of our business. That being said, there is always a dedicated effort to learn and make sure that all questions are asked and answered before, during and after the task.

**What problems is DataBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Databees is great with consistent communication and helping to recommend best practices for going about tasks. When we need a dataset scrubbed based on certain criteria, I have trust that they will get it done in a timely matter. We often use Databees for tasks that theorectically could be done via automation, but that have too many nuances and need the attention of human-detail to get it done with high accuracy.

DataBees has been extremely nice to work with. They are always incredibly thorugh with their work and always ask the best questions. They perform very high-quality work and it's truly a pleasure to do business with them. HUGE value add.

Nothing! We are very pleased with the value we've received from DataBees.

Originally, we brought on Databees to help us find more contacts within our top target accounts. They quickly got through those and before long, almost all of our target account list had been touched and the contacts expanded! We then moved on to other pressing projects surrounding data cleanup on accounts.

**What do you like best about DataBees?**

The upsides of working with Databees is less time for our BDRs and AEs spent researching companies. And more time for them to go after accounts and contacts provided. They had the contacts, titles, and companies at their fingertips because Databees were able to get up-to-date data for us. It was also very easy to use Databees as a service. And the lists provided easily integrated into our CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
Gabriel's customer support was top notch and impeccable.

**What do you dislike about DataBees?**

There was nothing to dislike about our time spent using Databees as a provider.

**Recommendations to others considering DataBees:**

If you're looking to add more time to your Sales team's day for prospecting and going after sales instead of researching, then Databees is your solution.

**What problems is DataBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Databees helped us find companies and contacts that fell within our company's ICP. They also helped us find hard to come by information on companies with a relatively new/small digital footprint. The benefit to us was Gabriel and team was able to provide well over 10K+ contacts and 5K+ companies that matched what our company was looking for in target accounts. This provided our Sales team with prospecting accounts to close more deals.

Prepare your use cases and research documentation well beforehand, as this accelerates your time to value.

To quality our target account list and personalise our outreach, we need very specific information that is usually only found on career pages and in case studies or news publications. We tried different enrichment services before, but they couldn't deliver the data quality we hoped for.

Great customer service - they have always been super quick to get back to me whenever I've needed anything from them. They also provide excellent data - you really pay for a higher quality product than what you can get from other lead providers I've worked with in the past.

**What do you dislike about DataBees?**

DataBees is great if you have a specific use case in mind. If not, it can be challenging to use their data in your workflow, as it's all provided in csv format (although you can add them to your CRM - this just isn't possible for our industry as we deal with confidential information and are bound by data security compliance rules).

**Recommendations to others considering DataBees:**

Great if you have a specific use case that is hard to pull from lead database providers. Great if you're looking for custom, personalised service and open communication.

**What problems is DataBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very specific niche industry we're trying to target. DataBees was great at honing in on our niche, providing data in a format that was useable, and being super open to feedback to improve the quality of the results they provided our team.

Sometimes takes a while to get rolling. They need some coaching if it's a niche product. But once you're there, it's great!

Lead prospecting, research and ABM support out of the box. In this last engagement, they helped us generate $24M in pipeline over 9 months.

The transparency and open communication they have from every employee. Very clear about what they can do, how much it costs and are patient in every aspect.  It does seem they have a top down approach for transparent communication to prospective clients.  It is very much appreciated, please keep this formula going. Databees has been great to work with.  The communication and follow up is on point.  They make you aware off everything they are doing and make changes from your requests very quickly always putting the client's needs first.  They locate accurate information for us from companies to contacts and their contact information as well.  It is allowing us to spend more time reaching out to prospects and less time on the most time consuming part of a Sales Process

They are fairly priced, very proactive, deliver high level service and always maintain open communication lines and "simply" do a great job. I have now been working with them (and still do) for many years and I'm still impressed by their level of service, the quality of the work and commitment to delivering the desired results.

There imho is nothing to dislike about DataBees. They are honest hard working professionals who deliver great results

Databees helps me with one of the three mission critical components of my projects: finding the right names of target accounts and the details of relevant contacts (decision makers and influencers). They simply are the best. My suggestion: try them out for at least a month and become a happy ling time customer, like me.

Databees is always on top of their teams. We provide instructions on the work we need completed and they train the team members. We've worked with them for years and they understand our target market as well as we do at this point. We can easily add or decrease hours as new projects are added or completed.

There's nothing in particular about Databees service we are unhappy with.

**Recommendations to others considering DataBees:**

Be sure you provide detailed instructions for your projects. There is often a time zone issue, but we are careful to provide all information at the outset to help keep questions to a minimum. With the proper guidance, Databees would be an excellent extension to any team. The time difference is a barely noticed issue for us at this point.

**What problems is DataBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Databees acts as an extension to the MineralTree team. The Databees team does research to find appropriate Contacts when we only have an Account name. They add records to Salesforce where they are passed over to Sales for follow-up. They also help manage our email bouncebacks and unsubscribes. They save both our sales and marketing teams a lot of very valuable time.

Really liked that their team was flexible in how we worked together.  Sometimes we'd have a few people on the account, sometimes it would be just one person on the account.

DataBees commits to delivering an excellent service. Their follow-through, consistency, and attention to detail is exceptional. I loved having our dedicated account manager who would make sure our projects were moving along smoothly.

It is a more manual approach to some of the more AI-based tools out there. But that's why I like it. There is no salesy BS or promise of AI. Just quality work.

Come to the table with a clear outline of your target market, ideal contact profile, etc. Working with DataBees is fantastic when you can provide clear expectations of what you want. And they will deliver on those week in week out.

DataBees helped us to keep multiple BDRs and AEs busy with pipeline, not list building and researching for contact information. DataBees did a fantastic job delivering consistent results that drove real revenue.

Emails tend to bounce here and there but what data provider doesn't have that issues. Overall, they provide valid and accurate data

Identify what data is missing and where you want to be. Lay that out for their team and they can drive it home

Bandwidth! I dont have the headcount approval to hire 20 Reps to build out territories. Databees gives me the opportunity to supplement their team as an extension of my own to get to market faster

DataBee's team of researchers is competitively priced, they work extremely hard, the support team is proactive in QA, and our direct contacts are very responsive to any changes we request to the work.

**What do you like best about DataBees?**

Prospect lists are as accurate as can be because Databees verifies sources, and if they can't verify, they indicate that on the working spreadsheet. They explain everything and walk you through the sheet so you understand the results and know what you are getting. Each time I've worked with Databees, the communication has been stellar. They assign a dedicated representative to your project who is easy to schedule with, keeps you apprised of progress and asks clarifying questions along the way to ensure their output is what is desired and consistent with the scope of work. They are flexible and one step ahead of the game. They suggest things they can do to improve the output. Additionally, I have found them friendly and down-to-earth, great listeners, and genuinely fun to speak with.

**What do you dislike about DataBees?**

This is not unique to Databees, but pricing has increased significantly over the last few years. Prospecting ultimately saves you time, so budget accordingly.

**Recommendations to others considering DataBees:**

Get your campaign approved ahead of time so you can use your data when it's fresh.

**What problems is DataBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've counted on DataBees three times to help find qualified prospects, using only publicly available sources, for the social enterprise I direct at a nonprofit. What would have taken me a year, Databees can accomplish in a month. I've been able to increase awareness of our services and connect highly skilled volunteers with nonprofits seeking project-based expertise, improving efficiency and ultimately helping the communities those nonprofits serve.

Databees has been instrumental in helping us clean up our existing database contact information. They are very responsive and are open to correction feedback. The data we've received has been accurate and clean, and seeing the quality control they put on each record helps us know that the data is of high quality.

I don't have anything that comes to mind that I dislike. They are very responsive, give accurate time estimates, and provide high quality data and suggestions for improvement.

Databees helps us to fill in gaps in our internal CRM to make sure we're able to reach all our customers and prospects timely. We're able to see an increase in accurate, complete information.

Make sure you KNOW who your target market is and can define it tightly. Work extremely tightly with them in the first month. They learn very fast and soon it can be almost hands-off. The leads just show up!

Placing quality contacts into our database for marketing. The leads we get from working with them are without a doubt the highest quality raw cold leads I have ever used.

Communication. Whenever there is a discussion to be had, we have it within a short period of time.

A slight inconvenience would be working in multiple time zones. This is combatted with great communication.
