We have used the software mainly for time and expense tracking for our organisation and it proves to be excellent at it. It is very easy to use and has a decent customer support infrastructure. I found it be very stable and useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing to dislike usually but would like to point out few points for improvement. Deleting a user is very tedious and can be worked upon. Report writing is a bit difficult job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used it to keep track of expenses in our timesheets. It was very good at being organized at keeping track of all the expenses in the background for a different department, while we were more focused on logging all our timesheet logs. That we could only add our timesheet expenses in 15 minute increments. 15/30/45/1hr. Also, it would log you out automatically when you spent too much time looking for the correct project code to put in. Not sure if that was an Admin setting on it, or if that's with the program. But it did get frustrating when the system kept logging me out since I had to keep switching between email and Databasics to enter the correct project code. And then, it would unsave and wipe everything else I had previously entered in. It was frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the mobile platform, very easy to use. Interface is easy on user end, I find the notes function helpful to remind myself what i was working on/coding or to add a reson for my approver to read. My timesheet each month is pretty uncomplicated, so having minimal fields to fill in is great for me. I also like that I can see the approver history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Might just be user error, but when changing pre-populated departments to something else, I have to click the correct choice 3 times until it permanently switches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
