They respond immediately and will work through any issues. **What do you dislike about SolarWinds Database Observability?** We have had issues using the maintenance windows groups (resolved). It is sometimes hard to find customized alerts as there are so many layers. **Recommendations to others considering SolarWinds Database Observability:** I would recommend SentryOne for large enterprise companies. The reporting piece is well developed. And most of all their support team is extremely helpful. **What problems is SolarWinds Database Observability solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using SentryOne to monitor over 100 SQL instances. The query plan explorer is a great tool as well. ### 8.
