What problems is Data Migration Services - Relokia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Service Cloud implementation parter was going to provide a very poor KB article migration. This service was easy to test, migrated pictures, HTML, formating and easy to execute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The "promise" that they had a software tool to transform and migrate data from Zendesk to Jira Service Manager. They however have been unable to deliver on this promise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Data Migration Services - Relokia?

Their tool doesn't work and they are half way around the world. Not available to use when we need them and not responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
