**What do you like best about Data Loader?**

Easy of import mass data into system. Can also be used for updates and deletes.
Sometimes can be used to extract data.

**What do you dislike about Data Loader?**

sometimes it errors out without any error

**Recommendations to others considering Data Loader:**

We might need to check the size of data during Import and need to adjust settings whether to go with series / parallel transaction to avoid action abortion

**What problems is Data Loader solving and how is that benefiting you?**

performing mass inserts, updates and deletes of data

**What do you like best about Data Loader?**

Easy and reliable tool for data insert, update and delete

**What do you dislike about Data Loader?**

Sometimes it locks down and also needs to have the API setting  modified depending on the number of data. It fails when there is a empty column in the sheet.

**Recommendations to others considering Data Loader:**

Excellent tool for Data import. Make sure the backup is taken before update/delete. Rollback is not possible.
