I also loved that you can find the record for properties, business assets, etc that may not have shown up in a screening and add it to a constituents record. **What do you dislike about Blackbaud ResearchPoint?** I can't really think of anything, most of the issues initially were resolved with a setting change. **What problems is Blackbaud ResearchPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to use researcher validated wealth information when calculating the rating. Loved the RE integration. ### 2. You have to open another application to verify current data **What problems is Blackbaud ResearchPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is great to have a whole picture of a prospect before meeting/speaking with them. We gained priceless knowledge on our donor base and could make changes in messaging and channels as needed. By participating in a benchmarking study with other like nonprofit organizations, we could see just how integral Target Analytics was to the success of our program. Going back to our board of directors with these metrics was key to leveraging more investment in our program budget. There are other similar products out there but having Blackbaud support for both our CRM and analytics products made a world of difference in daily use. ### 8.
